After some days of hard work, now I can reveal the full pack of Bic. Already some special people for me in the forum have seen the main shirt, and also murao22, DiCyc and trekbmc, because they guessed those 3 questions.
Well, they saw a different shirt, because I have made some small changes which make this shirt a bit better.
Now, time for credits. First of all, big thanks to my big friend Sage Cb., because of his help, feedback and ideas (including the main sponsor choice). Then, big thanks to EvilGaming64, tpinot and Deksel, because I have made all NCs thanks to their amazing templates. Keep up your work, you are very helpful! Also, thanks to Dozen because of his work with stitches templates which are used by lots of shirtmakers in the world.
And, at last but not least, thanks to HijoDelDiablo, luis22, MC, diebr, EwanWilson, Jesleyh and Sage Cb. for working as "beta-testers" of this shirt. All of them received the main shirt before, and thanks to their feedback and tips, I have improved the shirt.
After telling "Thanks!" to lots of people, now some features of this pack. I have made 124 NCs finally, and also 7 RCs, 4 WCs, all accesories (except shoes, made by Nlet, thanks to him as well), Leader shirts of Giro, Tour and Vuelta, default Leader shirts, and some Leader accesories (GC of Giro, Tour and Vuelta).
The NCs are like FDJ ones, with not a lot of logos in the shirt. Anyway, I think they are all stylish.

I'm amazed, really great work here MARS.
the only (very slight) problem I can find is that the Denmark NC looks very Swiss. But it's tiny and the pack is very great.

I worked about a week on it. I was 2 days with the main shirt, the rest with the NCs, accesories and leader shirts, planning my work really well, and looking at all the details I could look at. And here's the result
I am working on a new shirt, Wales Cycling (I won't make a Pack this time, maybe some NCs and transferts). I am not really happy, because it's a bit pixelated... But, what do you think of it? (sponsors are left, but the design is done )
