In my opinion Costa should've got 79 and low REC, but it's not ridiculous at least
Still, 3 stats lower than Pozzovivo and Peraud in mountains? I would give him at least 79, and if 79, relatively high backup stats with normal REC. Yes, he was shit last year due to sickness (only year he rode for the GC), but remember in 2013 when he won 2 stages in the 3 week.
Rui Costa is a class rider, which this season has shown once again, and most def deserves higher stats than those. #BringRuiBackToMovistar

I feel Moreno has been overrated for a while now, seems like no one downgrading his Hil but besides that i got to say the stats looks alright this year. At least nothing crazy.
New York Knicks - Bardiani CFS - AG2R - Millwall FC - Le Havre AC

Well, Moreno's always consistent in the Ardennes, 11th-5th-10th this year, and 3x 9th last year. Difficult to say, but at least it's not ridiculous imo

Yeah but those stats were obviously pre-Suisse. Can't blame Cyanide for not predicting the future
