Just wondered, what race do you guys prefer the most of De Ronde and Roubaix? Roubaix hands down for me as Ronde tends to be a little boring until the last haour compared to Roubaix.. |

Love them both. Can't have one without the other. Some days I favor Ronde over Roubaix, some days it's other way around.

I'd probably take Roubaix marginally over de Ronde. Some years you have Cancellara power off alone with 60k to go and grab a solo win by almost 3 minutes, other years you have 11 men in contention almost all the way to the velodrome. It may not always be as exciting as de Ronde, but I like them for different reasons, so it's hard to pick one over the other. I still feel like there's something extra special about Roubaix though. Every year when we get that helicopter shot over the Arenberg and see the long bumpy road cutting straight through the forest. It will always be a very special moment for me. There is just something almost mythical about that shot, as if it was taken straight out of a sadistic french fairy tale or some classic arthouse horror film. But no, it is actually real and we all know what lies ahead at that point is extremely brutal and unpredictable.
Yes, I simply can't wait untill tomorrow. But then again I didn't get much sleep the night before de Ronde either. So next year right before de Ronde maybe I'll go on about how special it is and how I'd in the moment take it over Roubaix. Who knows? Right now however I can't take my mind off Roubaix, and I probably won't be able to for the next 24 hours. |

I like seeing the World Tour becoming more international, and am happy to see Brazil, Taiwan, Argentina and South Africa all represented today. Though they are probably not going to come away with the win, it's one of the reasons I'm loving cycling more.
The favourites listed are almost definitely going to be the ones in contention, but in the PR you never know when you might have a Vansummeren race. I'd love to see that happen again, maybe from BMC (Oss or Drucker) or Astana (Bozic). Realistically my favourite for the win is EQS, whichever rider they decide to go for. I personally hope they pick Stybar, but it will probably be Terpstra again. Kristoff is in the best form I've ever seen, but I think this long string of wins has to end somewhere. Degenkolb could do well, but since MSR his form has been a bit ambiguous.
Sagan and Van Avermaet are probably the most capable of winning this race, but Sagan doesn't seem to have the form (though it's improved with 4th in RVV) and GVA needs to be less hesitant. I think it's possible for Wiggins to win, with the right tactics. Top 10 last year when the race wasn't even his focus was impressive enough, and he's been focusing on this year's edition since God knows when, so it would be impossible to count him out.
My personal (realistic) outside favourites for top results (maybe even a win or podium): Lars Boom, Stijn Devolder, Johan Vansummeren, Tiesj Benoot, Sylvain Chavanel, Sebastian Langeveld, Tyler Farrar.

I would love to see this happen. A group containing a bunch of outside favourites-or maybe just 1 soloing alone-, winning the race while the favourites play cat and mouse.
Drucker and Chavenal are two of my favourite cyclists though, if one of them won (ok, I know I'm being pretty unrealistic, but it's just what I want to see), it would be so exciting (or for any of the other outside contenders). |

RVV is the best race on the planet. Fact.
I'm so ready for this. I don't get a lot of chances to watch races live at the moment but I've got time to watch Roubaix.

You can't tell people to choose between de Ronde and Roubaix. I need both in my life
SO PUMPED FOR ROUBAIX
Consistency:
P.S Who gave Wiggins as little odds as 8.00 Should be about 80. Sir Bradley is going to flop badly today. And GVA at 14.00 is too big, I'd get on that as well.

For me, the Ronde is unchallenged if you look at the crowd and how it lives here.
But Roubaix as a race itself is slightly greater. That's just personally for me, though
If I were a rider from Belgium, I'd want to win the Ronde most of all. But if I were an Italian or whatever, Roubaix would be my pick! |

The race will start live here in hours! So excited.
Unfortunately I can't watch the whole race live, I'll have to watch it tomorrow.
Go the outsiders and an exciting race! |

Can't choose. They're 2 top races, the only ones I watch from the start. Ronde has the hills to make it more exciting, but Roubaix is just Roubaix.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

It's dry at the moment as far as I know and it's forecasted to not rain much, if at all. |

0% chance of rain apparently. 12C, light cloud. Basically as you'd expect for this time of year in Roubaix

I think it's that one section that completely flooded a few days ago.
Oh, and 9 leaders with 5 minutes atm. Biggest names are Rast and De Bie
