First thing we know about the profiles, the hill race there is a uphill finish. Not much more though... Is it intended not to publish the profiles yet?

Haven't played the cobbled race, but I guess it's... a cobbled race!
Road races something between 50km and 75km (the flat one)... ITT 48km..
