Don't Some of these rules advantage riders from smaller countries?

Yes and no, it was harder for them to qualify for the WC to begin with and they'd be without team mates.

No, you can't upgrade non-existing riders. They're for your real quick step riders

Some people neglected their 18 year old rider, meaning their 23 year old rider gets a small penalty. It's pretty much cheating your way around the age rules, so that costed some people 20-30 points.
Hopefully this one didn't affect Hanzen. Because my 18yo died in Part 2 and to retrospectively punish me for having a dead rider seems wrong. ESPECIALLY when i asked MULTIPLE times to be allowed to creat the 18yo rider to SPECIFICALLY comply with the rules. But YOU wouldn't let me do it and if you've punished Hanzen because YOU wouldn't let me follow the rules is a joke.
Also i take it you got no bonus for sending team riders to the U23? Which seems pretty harsh on a team like FDJ whos primary export is talented U23 riders

And a progress question:
You said upgrading 80+ for custom riders would be 3x normal cost. So is this 81x3(243) or is 80>81 a cost of 83?

I'm pretty sure it's the 243 one, otherwise the rule doesn't make sense

3rd place for points
Wish I had access to excel for the wins, but oh well; can do some nice updates with this baby.
What's the deadline?

As said before, the U23 was just for fun, it would be unfair to give points for that. Especially since I asked people to remove certain riders.
It's the full cost x3 so 243 in your example. It would only work for riders with a really high score I guess.

Next week monday morning! I know it's on the short side, but it should be doable. It would ruin my planning otherwise

I thought it would be the 243 cost but as only 2 riders EPIC would be possible for an 80>81 increase i thought i would check because it's becoming clear that it's going to take a very special Season Part of updates to get a rider beyond the 80 mark (f*cking Hinault is 3 points short!)

Some good points for egain even though we failed a lot of goals and I was a bit too democratic when selecting naitonal team perhaps
De las Campos probably would have made the team had I known custom riders would get points for it but that's how it is.

Well, I don't think a 21 year old should be above 80 already, but 2 is few indeed, I'll take a look at it.
Last update round Khamphy went to 81 though, iirc.

So that's why you were upset I did not pick Guido for the Elites.
Would've been nice to know about this rule before the Worlds.

I'm pretty sure I said it somewhere that riders would get benefits for making it to the worlds?

Before i post my updates just a quick maths check:
70% of 290 = 203?
80% of 300 = 240?
536/2=268? And then 80% of 268 = 214(.4)?
