It was not the best result in the world but still I'm more pleased that Karpets at least tried something and has managed to climb in the table now can only hope for another good day and see if it is possible to reach the top 20.

Nerz never ever ever manages to be in the better half of the 78 climbers. Never.
He can shake hands with Popo.
On the other hand, Maillet with 77 is having incredible season, with not a killer backup stats. Is acceleration really so overpowered in PCM13? (he has 77).

That would explain why he always seems to out-perform 77MOU and why Augustyn is always at the lower-end of 77MOU climbers (with 68 ACC) - despite having better back-up stats than Maillet. The same goes for Nerz with 68 ACC.

Not really. He did well in Tachira due to a bit of luck and then a bit of help from the leaders bonus. Then here while he has over achieved it's not a massive shock - he's only 11th - and he does have the nationality bonus. When he's not had those slight bonuses, he's done as expected. |

Great reports tsmoha, great stuff.
Torres has the balls to attack, but if it doesn't go anywhere.. Oh well, no points. Bring on the next race. |

Very nice consistent riding from Peter and a good attack by Sarmiento (good that NC jersey stands out ) and 13th GC is pretty much spot on expectations. All in all not a bad race.

Great reporting tsmoha, thanks
Bit meh from us. 12th and 18th isn't bad but disappointed by the lack of attacks. |

Nerz hit a good day for a good daily form, it seems. It's not quite enough to say he ended it on a high note, but that is definitely the most he could take after those first 3 stages (well maybe not quite if the group stayed away into the descent).
If he only did this earlier...
Getting past Panayotov is important for the fight down there in the rankings, and getting past Maillet by a mere second is a little bit of a late revenge for Tachira
About 30 points overall out of this if I am correct? 7.5pprd...not too good, but the goal was to score better than those around and below us and aside of Kenya who really had to impress either way with Samwel to improve their chances, we managed exactly that.
Thanks tsmoha for another well reported stage race (and not the last as I might spoil ), and congrats to Heineken. I need one of those 80+ mountain riders next season too....

Nice stage by Karptes, it was a shame those two first stages have been disastrous otherwise could have achieved a good result here. Only 5 points earned is very little
Thanks for the great reports tsmoha

I can only concur, great reporting.
Marquez did as well he could. After stage 1 and 2, his next two stages weren't as good, but I can't be too disappointed with those considering how well he did on first two. 32.5 pprd is above the average so let's keep going. Heineken closing on us *shivers*

I see my 2 guys really like eachother... Can't be seperated anymore...
15th and 16th is decent for us tho, it's where we belong with the squad we have.

I'm happy with Uran finally getting a podium in a stage race, to bad he didn't manage to win a stage.
Overall decent race for us and thanks for the reports!
