No, 30% time limit on TT stages in this years giro (https://www.gazzetta.it/Giroditalia/2013/download/Regolamento_Ing.pdf, page 11). Wiggins would have to beat Dowsett time by 4'48 for Gavazzi to be in problems. |

Which makes sense, btw as this TT is brutal. It's up and down with hard ramps all the way.
And the climb to the finish...you better have saved a lot of energy for it, otherwise you'll lose minutes after the intermediate times
