Nah, could have been better But it's still looking good with all of our 4 puncheurs finishing within first/second group.. looks like can achieve something with our depth here, would be nice.

Nice, this is the stage I have been looking most forward to, and I believe this is our chance to do something in this race, but we have to send someone in the breakaway, preferably Sai-Udomsin.
I guess you had in mind Sai-Udomsin doing better than losing 13 minutes I think he must have been dropped on the long climb in the middle of the stage

Haha, the way Wang fighted to get into the late breakaways made up Sai-Udomsin's failure. Didn't like the fact that he lost time to the Davis-group, but we still have Tamayo Martinez up there.
You captured the exitement around the finish very well SN, nice report!
Exceptionally win again by Efimkin. Really impressing! |

Seriously? No posts or interest in the game for over 2 months as your team is somewhat dominant, and your first post back talks about disappointing results? Its not much fun having an inactive manager's team at the top of the division
Yeah, sorry about that. Massive nightmare with my now old computer effectively blowing up, so no posts or interest has been more a case of no access
And to be fair Sochi was disappointing, Serbriakov should have done much better in the sprints, but i get what you mean |

So far he's been worth every penny of those 1,8 million €!
Very glad for that little gap, although I would've liked to see new times also behind Taborre and then down to Davis. Gerrans / Davis looks like a clear gap imo, but nothing to do about PCM's crappy time system. No reason to be greedy on a stage like this.

Good to see some gaps, even if Davis is still ahead of us! We did quite well, being aggressive and trying to use De Bie from the breakaway, that's the way to go.

So far this has been a good race for the team, Mehr-Wenige to score in two stages and with a good chance of getting the final top10, as Cardoso has great chances to win the mountain classification.

Finally some gaps. But strong defence by Davis again. I'm now sure he'll get a good final GC position.

Fair results for Ginanni.
Stages themselves not playing out that great though. I have a feeling this race will be won by a puncheur putting in an attack on the flat on one of the remaining stages. |

Losing the race leaders jersey might well be enough to drop Davis now as he looked all but beat on the last stage despite it.
@pellizotti2 if Schurter wasn't there then then the gap to the next rider probably would have been counted so luckily for us he saved his own top 10 position in the GC. Hopefully now he'll be able to gain a bit of time to help defend it.

A podium here is more than welcome(!) and Burlutsky proves his value for the team manager once again. Whilst he also is fighting out for the KoM-prize it will definately be hard to not renew his contract if he continue like this the rest of the season. |

Now that was close
But Ford continues to do well here in Taiwan.
Btw, do you know, how Gerrans lost this minutes? Just sitting too far behind in the pack?

Not the best stage for the team, but we still have chances to win the top 10 and the mountain classification

Ah, meant to mention that but forgot.
Not long after the Armee/Mandri attack at 15km to go (where you can sort of see a spread out peloton) https://i806.photobucket.com/albums/yy...tai5-7.jpg, there was a split of 70 infront, and 45 behind.
It can only have been bad positioning and bad luck for Gerrans, and then there was nobody really driving the pace in that 2nd group, hence the big time loss.

Just a question if you can answer .. How many mountain points are still? I think only the finish of the next stage will point right?

Thanks ..
This is already a good achievement and if the Mehr-Wenige able to maintain or improve the position will be some great race for us .. We still have the Soto Pereira who can climb a few places and score points ...

Atleast Hatanaka is being aggressive. 7th isn't too bad. If only he hadn't crashed and he wouldn't be too far back.
