I've finally managed to download the DB, and I can give you some feedback.
- The 35+ riders are a bit too strong. It would make sense if they've declined a bit, so you might want to make them a little bit weaker.
- There are a lot of 14-18 year olds who are waay too talented. A lot of them had 75+ AVG, and 14 year/15 year olds have to get their ages upgraded to 16/17.
- A lot of young riders in 2013(about 28 - 33 in the 2020 DB) haven't developed at all (=no stats changed). It makes everything a bit unrealistic.
I know that It'll probably be a lot work, but I would really appreciated if these riders get upgraded a bit up(or down in some weird cases). I found this especially in PCT teams, but the less good cyclists in the WTOC have the same 
It's also the case with some better riders right now, like Poels, Ladagnous, Cataldo etc.
I'm sorry to say, but it annoys me a bit.

They only got Dutch riders

I'm creating some more riders for the first bèta update. Then the team will also have Belgian riders.

Because of the many replies and tips I got from the first preview, I decided to release a second preview, processing these first.
After that, I'll add the CTC-teams, which will (hopefully) allow you to play a career. This will be version 0.2b.
In version 0.5b the custom race calendar for the WTC will be added.
Then, in the first stable version 1.0, some custom races for the PTC/CTC will be added.

You can download the second preview now!
If you already installed the first preview, all you have to do is put this cdb-file in your Documents-folder (Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2012\Mod\Database)
If you don't have the first preview installed yet, you can download the installer for the second preview here
Changes in this update:
Spoiler - FIX: minilogos for detailed simulation are added (mostly black)
- The 200 created riders from the previous version are replaced with 400 new riders with more realistic ages and stats
- The older riders have more realistic stats (age decline)
- The teams are more equally strong
- The stats of the top riders for each skill are brought closer to each other (for example Kittel and Kelderman are no longer unbeatable)

Feedback time
- Some guys are 86/87 in a skill. It are about 15, but you can easily find them by sorting on stats
- The teams are too balanced now, IMO. All those teams are very close to each other in quality.
- The new youngsters made the DB 'overpowered'. Really, so many 80+ in skills guys. They should all be a bit weaker I think...
- The WT & PCT teams have a lot of 55 - 65 AVG guys
- Some youngsters still have strange stats. They aren't as bad as they were, but still, a few sprinters with 68 FL for example. No major things, but it can be annoying
The major things are that the talents are way too good, especially considering the talents that were already there, and that the domestiques are too weak(55-65 AVG, though they should be 65-73AVG)

Feedback:
-Too many 80avg riders,i mean,in each team LIMIT is 3 (or 4) , so..
-Too many 55-60 skill riders
-Very small amount of 71-74 riders
-Talents are too strong,one 18 years old should not have more than 75 in any part
-About teams-yes,its just i wanted,now 5-6 can have a winner as it is right now.
Its great db indeed,but just small things and it will be nice,if i find time i can do stats by myself too |

I agree that it should be balanced, but this is too much.

I agree with the large amount of 80+ riders and 55-65 riders. I'll fix this in the first bèta (v0.2).
