This time Iglinski with a nice job as 10th. Day might have set his own train as Van Heerden could have helped him a lot more.
In general another nice criterium. |

Brilliant result from Anuawar, shame Awang couldn't also challenge though.

Thanks for the feedback, guys.
@Smowz: Special thanks for liking the visuals And yes, it was strange to see only one train in 2nd race. Don't know if the wind was a factor there, but especially Team Africa 1 already showed in 1st race, that they can build a decent train for Tyler Day, just like roturn mentioned.
Jelloul's move was definitely weird. I somehow like those unpredictable attacks though, even though it hurts his team here

Yay, good win for Nateghi and Manan 5th too.
These Crits are some of the most exciting racing I've seen in the Man Game this year. Lots of attacks.
Could be due to the smaller teams.

Nice reports, nice racing, but please PrivatBank riders do something...
I hope Vorganov and/or Athanasiades will attack next stage instead of staying in the pack chatting with eachother...

Ask and I shall receive, that's much better from Awang and another good finish from Haidar Anuawar aswell. Hopefully they'll both have a chance to build on they're totals in the future crits.

Great to see Assan win not only a stage but the whole race itself. His team really did a splendid job, and it really confirms that ING and it's riders in almost every aspect are performing really well in this time!
Thanks for the great reporting Tsmoha, it's been a pleasure to follow.

Thanks, rycadinho! And congrats on the win
@all: Here's the updated Crits Overall ranking, plus some news on the "Grand Finale" (just one additional "rule"..). Again: we don't want to give too much rules yet, as some things may change through the season.
And the overview of Crits and winners is updated, too. Check here!
Some notes on the Overall Rankings/
- Any points awarded in a single Crits Series will count to the Overall Rankings (no extra points for winning a single series)
- In every single race the domestiques of the winning rider will be awarded with 1 point
- At the end of the whole Crits Series, we will run a "Grand Final": a finale series of Crits, where all winners of the 16 Crits Series (e.g. Abdallah as the winner of South African Crits) will lead a team and battle with the best (the point-system will remain the same there, so that the Overall Winner will be decided after the Finals)
- for the "Final", the best-placed "non-winners" will also stand a chance to participate (we will announce more detailed rules later)

Quite disappointing from Day and Abdallah in the last race. Expected more from them. And Abdallah this whole Qatar series, woah

At least Day did well in first two races.. but Abdallah.. indeed disappointing. He obviously couldn't stand the pressure

I like it too!
Didn't really expect much from my riders as none of them are sprinters, but watching him on the attack is a little highlight at least.

@Avin: thanks, mate. Glad you like the reports and stuff. I couldn't resist sending at least one Qatari he even tried to attack in first race, but was boxed somewhere in the bunch. Would have been nice to see him in a break.
