I sense a big Garmin fail, most likely the tactics. And I dont think he's better than most of the other riders here anyway.

These + Astana right behind theme somewhere, as they usually finish around 5th place in most TTT.

fickman said win, and I can't see either Liqui or Astana doing so. Both should have a good result, probably gaining time on most GC contenders though.
