This has been a great race to watch, really intense racing!

perfect stage from the team. Van Garderen and Barton in particular gave Phinney a great ride to set him up for the quality win.

okay. I had expected a bit more from Contador, but deducting the time lost (again!) on a flat stage he would have made the podium here. What makes up for it is that Serpa is going to finish in 9th unless we see splits on the last stage, which will definately happen now I said it.

A bit of a shame that Reimer couldn't keep up with the two breakaway riders, but 3rd is a good result nonetheless. |

SotD, won't be happy that's for sure.
And top 5 for Plaza in the end is not that bad. But the one time Kreder actually gets in the sprint, he is right behind Phinney and is probably the first one to go down...

Oh wow, that is devestating for Festina. Congratulations to Wikipedia for their absolute domination and Carmeuse for their stage victory.

And in 3-2-1, a computer in Silkeborg, Denmark will explode. |

This can`t be just bad luck. Ullissi crashing again in the Giro and Contador abandons in California...
Surely some sabotage here as it`s happening far too often for them. |

PCM seems to hate SotD for some reason.
It's unbelievable how much bad luck they've experienced this season. Have to feel a bit sorry for them.

Dissapointing in places. But an OK result in the end.

Nice to see Iglinski going for the break. Could have worked out very well. And shame there werent any gaps with the crashes, since Intxausti seemed to not go down!
But Contador... ouch. Not a good day, ManGame or Real Life, for him!

And actually. Smowz, did Iglinski get some bonus seconds in the break?
Didnt see it mentioned, but it seems he must have done, as he has jumped above of Kiserlovski having started the day 10 seconds behind him

I didn't notice that - clearly Iglinski must have 'won' both sprints, neither were contested as sprints they rolled over them so Iglinski really got quite lucky there.
Yes I should have mentioned that!

3 riders in the finish from my team. No words needed to be added on. Luckily for me, Efimkin is 12th overall in finish, that's quite good.. Well, at least, I am definetely way more happy than SotD, that's for sure.

Phew. That was a real scare, but couldn't be happier sweeping the classifications. Great work by the team as a whole and Phinney actually asserting himself in the race. Sponsor goal taken care of and the biggest race for the team was a smashing success.

Fantastic race and it's great to see Dave get some much needed success thanks to a rampant Phinney though I feel really sorry for SotD I've never seen anything like this before but sooner or later will this madness end!

Wow, I feel bad for SotD. That kind of takes the fun out of the game :/ I feel worse for me though. Richeze looked golden going into the sprint, but only mustard 8th. And 14 in the GC is not too great either.

I guess Matt Rowe was one of the two guys who didn't make the time cut, and wasn't mentioned, otherwise I reckon he'd have shown something on the last stage with it being so flat.
Still, I guess Diggle's performance throughout was ok, and Bibby didn't really get going after crashing early on. Bit rude of Phinney to be so dominant and get the KoM jersey, but you can't expect much else from an American, can you?
