That's the plan, yes, but the DB is published when we feel it's done and contains enough 2012 content. |

Philip Lavery, Bjorn Brems and Darijus Dzervus doesn't ride for An Post - Sean Kelly in the 2012 season.
Lavery --> Node 4 - Giordana Racing Team
Brems --> Non UCI registered team

CrueTrue already answered your first question.
Normally there will be a full pack, so no further downloads are needed.
But there might also be Update-Packages from Pre-Beta to Beta and then from Beta to Final.
BTW: You can edit your posts, like I just did. So there is no need to double-post.

If I was to help with adding more (and better) future sponsors, would giving you just jerseys, be good enough?
I think it would be cool to help with this part, and its probably not too much work for me 
F.E. I have a lot of jerseys laying around because I collected a lot of them for my story.
