Weird stage. Not only the fallen favourites, also a crazy sprint train.
Unicredit should definitely train this more often. Could have been an easy win for Napolitano with all 7 team mates ahead of him instead of riding like this. |

Horrible stage for all the overall favourites that crashed. Looks like Vasquez and Hirschlein went down from our team, shame for their nice overall placings. And I don't know what Jørgensen had in mind on that stage, coming in 5 minutes after Ciolek. Luckily he has 4 stages to bounce back on. |

Indeed a win in Meiji jersey is a Meiji win.
Congrats to this first ever win.
I think lots of people are happy now. |

Hmmm. Nice to see my riders win, even if it is for another team.

Congrats to Meji ;-)
Breaks winning is perfect for me, Marzano keeping the points jersey
Would be fun if he won all competitions (bar youth, and shared mountains), while my team finish last in the team competition :-p

Argh. First day not in the breakaway, and the breakaway succeeds. No good
Congrats to Meiji - Fuji though. Great win, picking the right moment to attack from the group. |

I wonder if there is anyone that could hate Meiji - Fuji.. I guess there is no one
Ciolek wins
And again beated Cavendish but not Napolitano but thats ok for a mass sprint after a breakaway win

I seriously begins to worry about my goals for this race. Breakaways winning are really bad for Nappy's chances in the Points Classification, and Ciolek and Cav seems faster in the sprints..
This, however, is sick.
How could they possibly not win that sprint?

I think that's an amazing picture. Great shot from Smowz. And I understand very well Thrige's frustration for not winning that stage |

Congrats to Meji for first (?) win this season! Well done with the late attack.. with two riders in the break, I'm a bit disappointed about not making the podium, but 4th and 8th is still a nice result for Oz Cycling

Well done UniCredit, finally taking a win with Napolitano, congratulations!
I'm starting to get a bit mad at Jørgensen, he is one of the better sprinters in the field, and it looks like he doesn't even try to participate in the sprints. And as long as he decides to not give it a shot, I can't expect much more from this race. But very nice to see we were active in the break again, good job from Vasquez.
Hopefully there won't be more serious crashes, and everyone comes home safe after the 10th stage.

Jørgensen is simply not strong enough against Napolitanio, Ciolek, Cavendish, Guillien etc. Same as Sabatini for me.
To bad Marzano lost the points jersey :/

Jorgensen is somewhere around the late top10 of the sprinters in this field.
There are 15 riders with at least 78 in sprint and 6 higher than 78.
But I had the same in Wellington, where I had the 3rd or 4th best sprinter in Cucinotta and wasn`t able to sprint into the top5. |

I've got Serebriakov here, who's an 80, and he's not even cracking the Top 25 so I feel your pain
And on top of that Szmyd was involved in that big crash and lost 4 minutes, which almost knocked him out of the Top 10!
But it has been nice to see my team in lots of the breakaways |

Finally, our aggressive racing paid off. And suddenly this race is a huge success for us, with 2 men in the top 7. Well done Ortega! |

Well it all wen't well ey?
- I surely hope that Carlos won't crash or anything - he has by far been my best performing rider in this season and another top result is exactly what the team needs.
