Not necessarily. A 1-1 or higher draw is also enough. In case of a 0-0 draw the goal difference will decide.
Anyway, Ajax has a real chance here, though I think Lyon is stronger. |

I have to say, Ajax has a real chance of 2nd place now. Lyon has to win and make up for a goal difference of 7 goals to catch Ajax, meanwhile Ajax still has to play Real Madrid, who already qualified and probably won't play their strongest team. |
