Very nice story so far. I really like your lay-out although there is one small remark I would like to make; the different sizes of the flags annoy me a lil bit but different than that, very good story so far!!

The source of flags that I have been using (www.flags.net) gives the flags in their original sizes. I all make them 0,4 high so they are as big as possible without changes in the line spacing. Since some flags are more squared that others these become a little smaller. This includes the Belgium flag. One option would be to sketch and skew the flags all to the same size, but this looks kind of weird. Especially the white cross in the Swiss flag is not a cross anymore. If I can find a better source of flags that all have the same size I may use this in the future. Otherwise I will stick to this format. |
