Siutsou to Sky is almost confirmed and had been rumoured back two months ago. Gazetta della Sport has reported that Siutsou signed for Sky three days ago, and Velochrono.fr reported that both Salvatore Puccio and Kanstantsin Siutsou have signed with the team.
