As stage 1 results are incomplete
I guess mb should be able to provide complete results

Yeah it's a bit hypothetical at the moment, I am finding it difficult to imagine that their will not be time gaps on stage 5 anyway. But it is possible that Bianchi, Hollister, Puma and Red Bull could have at least three guys in the front group.
But I had this issue with the Tour de Picardie last year and I did have to go back and calculate the overall team classification using countbacks, taking the top three riders positions for each stage and adding them up.
Stage 1 then could be a problem. From the points I can determine 12 - > 15th on stage 1.
12 = Park (Meiji)
13 = Hochmann (Bianchi)
14 = Arashiro ( Meiji)
15 = Crocket (Puma)
16th onwards in anyones guess!

Sorry I just assumed that everything would be fine.
Stage 5 is slightly delayed becaus e I had my first bike crash in years, hopefully I'll still get it finished today though

Well as it would be hard work to determine the individual classifcation of stage 1, I just added up the team classification of every stage. As it is still unknown whether stage 5 will give us time differences, it was the easiest method.
Bianchi finished 1,7,5,2 in the first stages, making a total of 15, which is the lowest value so far. Jayco has 17, Puma 18...
I know UCI rules article 2.6.016 and would like to apply it whenever possible, but I wanted to wait a bit before having to calculate the exact stage 1 result.

Well, the method Smowz used is the one we use for the management game - Stage 1 may just have to be ignored, but none of this matters til after Stage 6, so little point continuing to discuss it now

It'll be up soon.
As far as the team classification goes, I can work stage 1 out from the db if necessary.

Dissapointing AI with Bianchi, nice to see 2 Vesuvio loanees in Kirsch and Skuijns make the front group.

Good results for the team GC and Youth competition with Sagan. Still, Marinangeli is getting weaker and weaker know. Hope he manages to get the 2nd place in GC and move up from his 4th the last day. Congrats Cio! Gasparatto won in a beatiful jersey!

Nice win for Puma and I'm pleased to see Fabio Aru perform this well already in a tough field under the guidance of Venchi.
Davis looks set for the yet another big win already!

That's bad luck for Oz and the young rider-classification.. hoped for Bobridge to take it today, but Van der Sande's KoM-sprints gave him the needed seconds.. too bad we couldn't make a Top-10 in this close sprint.

Next season I will start a Meiji-ish team if I will not promote because it's..
How can the AI bet on Ciolek and not let Gil (would be a good idea as he had a to make up a lot of time) or Rabon attack because it's very obvious that Ciolek would lose it here don't they get that after now 11 years?
*small rant in a nice version *

Thanks for the congratulations! I'm still thrilled about that stage
Obviously a great effort by Gasparotto to accelerate in the best moment, but Minard did a good job as well, using the bonus seconds to safely move into the Top 10.
I'm really looking forward to stage 6, after all it's 33 points between 2nd and 5th in GC

All this talk of "dips" and "monopoles" has me wondering about you two.

Really disappointed race for Bianchi now. 5-6 riders in this 2nd group around Ciolek. After Cav and Cooke already lost contact on the first climb, there was no chance for Ciolek to stay at the 2nd climb. Bad AI tactic here. |

That was an honest mistake on my part. Dibs is what I meant. Sometimes I mix up "p" and "b".
@Rin of course two teams from Japan can exist, I'm not stopping you, I'm just saying, I will try my best to sign any good Japanese riders that are free, to improve my team, and now that I have most of the decent ones it would probably be harder for you to do.
But we're getting off topic.
