Signed exactly 20 riders this time and stayed comfortably in the budget. Challenge accomplished! 
There is one question I got: Is there a maximum race day amount for teams like in the MG or could I benefit from signing, lets say, 30 riders in WT-team only and therefore race more in Continental? Or are WT and CT strictly divided?
EDIT: Since Boonen and Degenkolb signing, I now feel much better paying my leaders 1300+

I'm really hating this method, only 3 riders signed this round despite lowering my talent and training budget. Expecting regelation already.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Sent all the PMs out now, don't forget that you have to replace the value in the right column with your new bid and if you want you can take the "bidding2" sheet, it will make your job easier.
Also don't forget to leave enough money if you don't have enough riders yet.
