Well, I'm not sure about Roche (although he rides for Riis, so that doesn't speak for him), I tend to trust Pinot. Not sure about Pozzo either. Ruben called him Pots-of-EPO, maybe not just for the pun.
No clue about König.

Belgian teams are expert in working for other teams if they don't have a GC contender. Some extra money is always good.

This year has been bull*** everything i can think about when I think about GT in 2013 is doping. Horner is really killing my willing to watch the sport I love. Is there a site when i can find all riders that got baned every year???

As Jesleyh said, Tour de Doping is good for that, but if you want the ability to search individual riders, doctors, etc then you just can't beat Dopeology:
