Froome is mad that Nibbali attacked ..Froome is mad that Valverde passed him on descent. He decided to jump on they'r faces in both times angry verbally.
Calm down you whining girl. Nibali was 8 min down before attack..did he see Froome problem or not does not matter.
I find Froome to be a little stale at times, I mean take a chill pill man. Nibali and him clearly do not get on, Nibali throwing bottle at him earlier in tour was silly as was blaming Froome for Martin crash.
Nibali denying he didn't see Froome crash is also bollocks as is Froome whining about it. Valverde perhaps trying to unnerve Froome on descent? I think you have to take that also.
To be honest there is not a lot of love out there. Conta and Valv clearly not getting along, Purito is mad with Valv.
Froome hates the press or the French press it seems also, oh yeah and people hate Froome! Tour handbags ... But there is darkness cloud over tour that is not so much present elsewhere, it's armstronfs fault damn him blame the Texan bastard!
I did see Gesink on Lemond studio after stage..he was really natural and easy to interview for host. He looked happy and relaxed. I am really happy to see him back.

Exactly something I noticed this Tour as well. Gesink seems so much more happy and relaxed now. Just pleasant to listen to his interviews now

Great stage today. VIVE LES SHORT MOUNTAIN STAGES!
They are pathetic. 100km stages are for women and juniors. Not for pro's.
And yet it was the most exciting stage of the race so far, with action right from the start with the favourites. I couldn't even fast forward the first 100km today, because the favourites didn't wait until the last or 2nd last climb to do something...
"I wanted to jump, too, but Sky literally told me no way. Bardet was there, and that was bad, but not horrible.”
Oooooh, good old Mochema.
Luca Guercilena meanwhile has apologied to Mochema for allowing Frank to pass Mochema in the overall. I would repost the facepalm again but I think it speaks for itself. I mean really?

The first climb was amazing, but then it kinda turned into the usual after it all came back together. The just dont have hard enough climbs in the tour.
There was one attack by Nibbles and then nothing until 6k to go.

If Ryder Hesjedal can win a Grand Tour I'll never say never to Pierre Rolland. He can clearly ride up with the best when he is at his best but the stars would need to align to deliver the right conditions, form and race situations, it would likely need to be a Giro or Vuelta obviously.
Do you realize that ryder hesjedal was a complete rider when he won the giro in 2012 ? he could TT and he was good in mountain. It's not even the case of Rolland, the guy is good in mountain but sucks in TT

Yeah and Ryders red blood cell count went up in the 3rd week of that race aswell which always helps one be a complete rider, Rolland can podium in a GT as weak as that Giro was but he won't win one

He can definitely podium in a giro or vuelta if in good form but not in tour de france. He fell short of a podum in last giro with 4th
You wonder with some of these French dudes if they could make it in a non French team. In fact thinking make to the likes of Fignon, Hinault they had big budgets behind them and some multi-national riders supporting. AG2R are the closest team to having that sort of funding and even they are small fry compared to the teams of the big 5.
Bardet, Pinot, Rolland all have climbing brilliance not too far away from the very best and they have shown this in races outside the Tour too. Okay last year they had two guys on podium, but this was false dawn. Still three in top 14 or so shows they have potential.

I think it would help some of the young French guys to develop in non French teams, every young French rider gets overhyped because the French public/media are desperate for a Tour contender which then puts undue pressure on these young guys. Rolland was never going to be that guy but because of what he showed in 2011 he got hyped up to be something he's not, I actually think he's done well to achieve what he has so far. Same goes for Pinot who very talented but way to much pressure, he would do well to get away from FDJ and into a squad who doesn't care that he is French and work on building a complete GT rider. Looks at how squads like GreenEdge handle young talent, they give them time and don't put undue pressure on them to perform straight away, this is something the French teams could learn from
