One of the things I'm really enjoying is the final stages of the cobbled races. They really seem to have improved it. I've played De Ronde with Cancellara and P-R with all of the Conti teams, controlling UK Youth. In both races, two riders attacked with about 40km to go. (Boonen and Sagan in the first, Lampier and De Bie in the second) I let them try to drop my rider, who was stronger in both cases and kept riding back on to their wheels with a high effort. Then on the Paterberg/Carrefour de l'Arbre I put the hammer down and rode them off my wheel (although De Bie punctured, which made that easy).
I like it because on previous games you had to attack to try to get rid of them but they would ALWAYS counter it straight away. Now you can just "diesel" away from the others if you have a Cancellara type rider, which is a big plus.
Got the game today, all I can say is the mountain AI is amazing. Love the constant attacks up the mountains in the Vuelta. If you still haven't got it I would say it is well worth the money.
Just started playing 13 today and am impressed, but knew a lot of the new stuff anyway from watching stages from other people. Only problem I've got, is that it seems to take ages to load up a stage, not sure if it's my computer or that is the norm for every race.
I think the loading times are OK. What do you consider long loading times? I tested some of the long stages in the game:
Tour de France, Stage 15 (240km): 2 minutes
Milano - San Remo (290km): 2 minutes 30 seconds
Maybe it depends on the options because the loading bar for vegetation and road side took quite long.
But having a fast computer sure help, especially much RAM. And my game is installed on a SSD.
Seems pretty good. Lot of wasted space in the UI (I am going OCD on the bottom career screen schedule, yelling, "Move over!"
Add the fact that I can't find an Armada game because my ports aren't opened. It used to be that only hosts had to open ports, but I guess not anymore, or at least in order to find a game fast. This sucks, because I have attempted many times, and I just can't open my ports correctly.
Having a lot of issues with the new game ui from alst year too. Annoying things peopel were talking about last year.
Like the race speed bar going back into it's 1 pixel wide space after 3 seconds.
Also, I don't like not having a central control at the bottom, and instead having a seperate bar for every rider. Tghhis stops me from telling riders to do stuff quickly without hesitating and psotitioning my mouse.
Finally, I don't really like where everything is placed, whcih wouldn't be aproblem if you could move them around, but you can't anymore.
Of course, these things are mostly because of me playing a game with a different race UI for 2 years, and I'm sure I'll get used to them, however unuseful of changes they are.

I found on a TdF stage the loading was slow but on a Tour of Malaysia stage it was quite fast, also my computer is quite fast.

Starting to think those new celebration animations weren't the best added feature. For me, it just doesn't look good when Cavendish does the chicken man. Those celebrations only seem to suit Sagan
