SaxoBank have every chance of being demoted from the WT
He will be, at best, a co-leader in 1 GT a year
If any team gets demoted it is going to be AG2R. They just don't win... at all... ever... Riis will find the riders to give him the WT points he needs, with Roche, Fuglsang, maybe Breschel, being part of that.
And he is currently only a co-leader in 1 GT per year. He and Peraud shared leadership at the Tour. Sure, he lead at the Vuelta last year... and made very little impact.

This, also if they will make move for Roman, he will bring them lots of points to stay in the WT, iirc that CQ points from last two years are counted...

It doesn't use CQ points, it uses the UCI's own scoring system, which is an utterly ridiculous system that no one understands and which they aren't particularly transparent about. But it does take into account results from the last 2 years, yes.

Thanks for clarifying, didnt know that. So that is why iran cyclists are so wanted Kreuziger should have nice points anyway, for 6th place in Giro and many top 10s in WT races, same with Fuglsang and Roche, also decent points maybe.

Exactly, with Contador, Fuglsang, Kreuzinger, there is no room for Roche to lead a GT like he thinks. He screwed himself over and it's his own fault. I've lost some respect for him here.

He is co leader at the Tour and has/will lead at the Vuelta.

Did you read my post? I said the exact same thing.

and its still worse than what he'd have at AG2R or similar.
Even if AG2R were demoted they would still be at the TDF.

And yet another good domestique for Contador. Bleh.
how is this any different from the Sky trail of thought?
Watching Contador ride behind a Sky-style train would be like watching Jason Kidd in the triangle. Would his particular gifts and skills work well in the system? Yes. However would you be shackling an explosive athlete with the ability to galvanize crowds and unleash 'holy shit' moments pretty regularly in the name of a little more consistency? Yes. Hopefully Riis doesn't pull a Jim Cleamons and try and copy Sky.
I do like the Fuglsang and Roche signings though. In the 2011 Tour, the idea was that Contador's Spanish teammates would protect him in the mountains, and his TT ability would be enough to cement a victory, even if he lacked some depth in the 6-9 spots on his supporting team. That didn't happen. Every time the shit hit the fan, he was isolated. Roche and Fuglsang may be a little inconsistent in the mountains, but when teamed with Navarro, Hernandez, and Noval, you've got to expect that Contador will have at least one and possibly up to three teammates with him at all times. Contador can get a little sidetracked mentally when he's racing. Forget to eat, forget to drink, not pay a lot of attention to his positioning in the field. The more teammates to help him out with that stuff, the better. He doesn't need them to train up at the front.

You do know, that Fuglsang most likely wont sign Saxo Bank, right? Today it was said, that Quickstep is the most likely outcome.
