I thought of Poels-> Pool so Poels has won that little vuelta and Craven has won a stage in it in another year

- I've started my professional career in a team far, far away from home
- I had a successful year in that team with lots of big names in its roster
- I've won only 1 race in my home country as a pro cyclist, but I almost got national champion in a city next to my home town
- My biggest win is not so long ago
Lots of hints, so it should be very easy! |
