Would have preferred to lead the World Tour Ranking but what isn't yet can still become reality
How will the Carbon cope with the triple header?! Interesting period coming up.
Rankings still looking very very good for us, nothing is certain yet though. The question is this: Is De Gendt at the Deutschland Tour, Gilbert at Guatemala and VDB at Mount Fuji a good enough combo to outscore the challengers? We shall see.

How CarbonSports will cope with the triple header?
Well, send an all-German line-up to the Deutschland Tour to dominate once again all sprints with Selig, Ciolek, Kittel and ignore the other two races.
Save race days for Sagan and Kristoff.

That sounds like a plan, huh?
Well, maybe a great Deutschland tour makes up for the others!
I am pleasantly surprised about how well the sprinting tactic has worked again for you. Sure some early breaks have robbed you some likely victories, but nothing too major. Of course it probably helps that you have a very strong roster for the flat and you have the top sprinter who is also amongst the best on the flat thanks to others declining. Prorace - Camtel wouldn't mind having a top sprinter ..... some day!
2nd for Kwiatkowski and 4th for Froome in both the Individual WT and Prestige Ranking. If Bouhanni should be able to bring in some results as well we could really win the rankings this year. Especially Prestige Ranking is pretty close at the moment.
In terms of the triple header you will learn about Gazprom's depth:
- Deutschland Tour features Nizzolo for the sprints and König for the GC
- Vuelta a Guatemala has both Bouhanni and Kwiatkowski
- and Froomey is gonna be racing in Mount Fuji
Anybody still thinking we're just GazFroome?
Well, La-Antarte need to really get things going, currently sitting outside the Top 10 in the Super Prestige Rankings.
Meanwhile, FC Porto, the U23 Development team, is having a great time in their league where they are a class above. Unfortunately Bauhaus isn't top rider but the team is doing fantastically well as number 1. I believe we are ahead of even a WT team in the Prestige rankings.
How are we still 4th in the Prestige ranking Must be because besides Giro this wasn't a great month at all for us? But the best races for us are yet to come, brace yourselves muhahahaahha!
On the other hand good to see that we're the second continental team in the World Tour Ranking!
It's interesting to see how weird (well, stupid to be honest ) transfer tactics like Paul23's and JA13's didn't pay off at all as the first one is sitting among the worst CT teams and the second is definitely the worst WT team...
I would still like to finish in front of Saeco's rivals that have got a better team but older as well, while I decided to build a younger and talented especially team. I only regret that I haven't created a dev team, that looks funny as well and would've probably advantaged me under some aspects. I also regret getting too many domestique and not a true mountain leader. That is definitely my biggest transfer season mistake.
All in all, good season so far, much better than how I expected to be fair!

Still about where i expected to be in WT rankings at this point. The Tripleheader should kind to us and should see us move forwards abit. Sunnydale are going strong though. Overall, can't complain
P-R U23, La Jurassaine, 2 stages of Deutschland Tour + first stage of Guatemala up.
Sorry for the second stage of the Deutschland Rundfahrt. I have played the race already further so it won't be easy to get all the information needed out of the *.cdb file..

The shame is that my ignoring squads still feature many top riders like Boom, Westra or equally gifted riders who waste their RDs there
I'm equally pleased about my results. Surely were still (too) many breakaway wins but I feel there were fewer than in the other story games on flat stages and I have the feeling that my (OP) flat team could be a reason for that. But my conversion ratio of mass sprints into stage wins is simply amzing this season.
And if you think you need a top sprinter: Just approach me in the next off season - I'm open to much - if the deal is right
Geyer wins P-R U23
Much needed points which will surely boost his development
Good performance by Dibben and Doull in P-R. As we couldn't give a flying fuck about either of these 3 races, it will be interesting if we can get any results. Dennis started well in Germany but we need to get in some breakaways.

My tactics didnt quite pay off so far. But the season is still long. I think that my team will overtake a few guys ahead.
Well, basically I also had such a leader-focused team last year. Still I came out among the best, because Froome and Kwiatkowski were delivering (but not as good as this year season ). Kristoff was my weak point last year and my sprinters are yet again.
4 guys among the Top25, but nobody was top notch..sigh.
Congratz to Vegeta for a super-strong La Jurassaine.
Deutschland Tour started well with a 2nd by Vorobyev - but that gap to Martin is paranomrmal. Let's see what Nizzolo and König can do.
And I really have no idea why Pibernik finishs in 6th in first stage of Guatemala, but Tsatevich and Bouhanni don't even participate

First part of Andorra is up, some CT action in the midst of all the WT races.
Looking at the rankings Allianz are standing out when it comes to punching above their weight, a bit of a shame their manager is nowhere to be seen since being axed from the Man Game.

Good start in Guatemala with a podium. Got to hope for some stage wins from the world champ there as it will be tough going for us in Germany.
