On short hills. This one was more of a small climb already at 8 kms.

He was with Cav, 2 minutes behind the peloton.

Cav continuing to confirm he can't get over hills for shit this season?
It really does not bode well if he wants to get Green this year at the Tour.
Or he decided that a win was not an option today so he chosses his own pace and saves some energy for next stages? (though not tomorrow) |

Then why were his teammates pacing at the front right before the climb?

Cav returned but should save energy for Wednesday and Thursday. No way he'll win today. |

Can I just ask, who would even ask this question and why would the Eurosport commentators read it out and then talk about it?
"Why doesn't Wiggins go for the green jersey at the Tour while Froome goes for yellow?"
That's just the dumbest fucking question I've ever heard. Like... what even?! This has me way angier than it should.

Eurosport is so awesome That would be a smart move for Sky, certainly!
Meanwhile, did everyone else saw Pate getting water bottles and getting angry at the motor, who was right in front of him. Run, you fool, that's Pate you're pissing off! |

What about Di Luca winning this today? I think he has great chances, something as Vicioso,Visconti (imo) for todays stage victory.

Gatto is going to win this.
Nah, don't really see Di Luca winning this. Rather Visconti than him.

Has anyone seen Gatto ? If he is in the front group, and he probably should be, then this is just made for him.

Di Luca wont attack as long as Taborre is up the road, so I doubt he'll do much. I'd watch out for him later in the race, though.
Gatto is definitely still in the main field. My pick along with Ventoso.

He was in when they reached top of first mountain. Should be still in.
I am going with Vicioso today.

Would surprise me if he isn't. Even Cav has made it back.
Cataldo not looking good at all.

OPQS at the front. Do they really think Cavendish can win this?

Personally, I'd like to see Sir Brad go for the polka-dot jersey at Le Tour, just to see him ground down into a bloody, oozing pulp. But that's just me ... violently biased and somewhat tense today.
I actually prefer Zroome to Sir Wiggo, which is startling to type, all things considered.
It was eleven more than necessary.
