Thanks for the replies. I will change the teams (HTC --> Green Edge), including the riders changes (like all the riders that went to those teams), but change the riders from the teams that stop (HTC) to their new teams (Cav --> Sky), unless they get a transfer in the game.
All the other transfers in the game will stay, except if they are very strange (like when Sammy Sanchez goes to Caja Rural or something like that). And I keep the riders in my team, of course!!
After a nice day's rest, the 164 remaining riders start today for the 167 kilometre long stage from Verín to Estación de Montana Manzaneda. After a hilly part, with 3 KOTM-sprints, the riders finish on the summit of the Manzaneda, at an altitude of 1750m. The climb is 22km long with an average gradient of 6.4%.
A group of 6 riders find each other after the first climb of the day, Alto de Fumaces: Dimitri Champion (AG2R), Heinrich Haussler (Garmin), Pablo Lechuga (Andalucia), Bjorn Leukemans (Vacansoleil), Óscar Pujol (Omega Pharma) and Wout Poels.
KOTM 1: 1. Wout Poels, 2. Thiago Machado (Radio Shack), 3. Pablo Lechuga (Andalucia).
IS 1: 1. Wout Poels, 2. Heinrich Haussler (Garmin), 3. Pablo Lechuga (Andalucia). 127,5km to go, peloton + 5'07.
KOTM 2 (Alto da Gonza): 1. Wout Poels, 2. Pablo Lechuga (Andalucia), 3. Óscar Pujol (Omega Pharma). 102,5km to go, peloton + 8'57.
IS 2: 1. Wout Poels, 2. Dimitri Champion (AG2R), Óscar Pujol (Omega Pharma). 46km to go, peloton + 4'05.
Shortly before the climb to Manzaneda, the leading group climbs the 3 climb of the day, the Alto de Ermida. Of course, Wout Poels is the first on the summit, followed by Lechuga and Haussler. There are 32km left and the peloton is coming closer (3'28), thanks to the hard work from the domestiques of Lampre and Rabobank.
The riders start the last climb of the day, the Estación de Montana Manzaneda. A long, but not that steep climb.
Wout Poels settles himself in the leading position of the BOTD and because of his pace, only Lechuga and Pujol can follow. With 20km to go, the lead to the peloton is 2'28.
Pablo Lechuga attacks with 14km to go. Poels can follow, but as a result of the attack of Lechuga, Óscar Pujol is left behind on the slopes of the Manzaneda.
The first attack out of the group of favourites. GC's number 5 Denis Menchov wants to close the gap to the podium places and attacks with 13km to go. We decide not to react, as we think that Menchov isn't a tread for Gesink. We let the others (Rodriguez, Cunego, Mosquera) do the work.
The last 10km of the climb / stage: Poels and Lechuga have a '54 lead to Menchov and 1'20 to the group of favourites. Ezequiel Mosquera attacks out of it, and Rodriguez, Cunego, LL Sánchez and Gesink follow him. Jelle Vanendert continues in his own pace and is closing the created gap again.
Poels has dropped Lechuga with 7km to go, but one kilometre after, he gets joined, now by Denis Menchov. '50 behind ride Gesink & Vanendert, Cunego, Rodriguez, Sánchez and Mosquera.
While up front Menchov drops Poels, '40 behind the Russian rider it is pretty restless. Sánchez tries to attack, then Rodriguez and finally Cunego. But none of the can create a gap. The reason of that is Robert Gesink: he reacts at every attack and closes every gap.
With less than 3 kilometres to go, Jelle Vanendert surprises the others and attacks. Of course Gesink doesn't react and the Belgian rider creates a 10-second gap. Menchov is in the lead with '36 (and Poels has been passed by the chasing group).
Robert Gesink looks at his opponents and sees that they are pretty exhausted. So he decides to jump to the wheel of his Belgian luxury domestique and immediately passes him.
But it is not enough for the win. Denis Menchov takes his first win of the season and comes a little bit closer to the podium. Gesink takes the 2nd place at '29 and Vanendert finishes in 3rd at '45. None of the top 6 riders in the GC loose time today. Ruijgh & Poels finish in 11th and 12th place.

Today's winner:
Word from the DS: Even a bad day (form of -3) couldn't prevent Gesink from gaining time on his main rivals. He is in the shape of his life now and has the strongest team in this Vuelta to help him. So although we didn't get a win, we are very happy with Gesink's 2nd and Vanendert's 3rd.
Stage 12 from Ponteareas to Pontevedra is classified as hilly, but except for some hills in the first half of the stage, it is pretty flat.
A group of 9 riders get away: Manuel Quinziato (BMC), Diego Milán (Caja Rural), Jorge Azanza (Euskaltel), Mauro Finetto (Liquigas), Zdenek Stybar (Quick Step), David le Lay (AG2R), Johnny Hoogerland (Vacansoleil), Leif Hoste (Katusha) and Ramunas Navardauskas (Garmin) get a free passage to the stage win by the peloton. None of the teams wants to chase them, including our team.
Manuel Quinziato attacked on a little climb 11km before the finish, but he gets caught by the others 5km before the finish.
Leif Hoste starts the uphill sprint 1km before the finish, but can't stay in the lead. Liquigas' Mauro Finetto takes the win, his first of the season, followed by Diego Milán and Hoste.
Peter Sagan wins the sprint of the peloton for the 10th place, 16'57 behind the leaders. All the riders finish within the peloton.

Today's winner:
Word from the DS: zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz, please let me sleep.
The 13th stage in the Vuelta is a dangerous one. The 158km route from Sarria to Ponferrada is very mountainous in the middle, and the last part is pretty flat. But because of the 2 1st category climbs in the middle of the stage, the Alto de Folguieras de Aigas and the Puerto de Ancares, the GC-contenders must be careful not to loose time!
In a stage where so many KOTM-points can be collected, Wout Poels goes in an early attack and manage to get in the BOTD. His companions are Marcus Burghardt (BMC), Óscar Pujol (Omega Pharma), Mikel Nieve (Euskaltel) and Aleksandr Dyachenko (Astana). Later in the stage, also Thiago Machado (Radio Shack) will join them.
KOTM 1 (Alto O'Pico da Pena): 1. Poels, 2. Nieve, 3. Pujol. 140km to go, peloton + 2'00.
KOTM 2 (Alto de O Lago): 1. Poels, 2. Pujol, 3. Nieve. 115 km to go, peloton + 3'35.
Intermediate sprint 1: 1. Poels, 2. Nieve, 3. Burghardt. 93km to go, peloton + 5'25.
KOTM 3 (Alto de Folguieras de Aigas): 1. Poels, 2. Nieve, 3. Pujol. 80km to go, peloton + 9'38.
Back in the peloton, in the descend of the Alto de Folguieras de Aigas, we see a crash of Mark Cavendish. Luckily for the Manx missile, he is okay and will finish inside the time limit today.
Next climb is the Puerto de Ancares. Again, Wout Poels collects the most KOTM-points at the summit at an altitude of 1670m. Dyachenko gets 2nd and Nieve 3rd. With 55 km to go, the peloton is 11'32 back, so the leading group will fight for today's win.
We see some movement in the peloton. In the ascend of the last climb of the day, the Puerto de Lumeras, Ezequiel Mosquera and GC's number 2 Damiano Cunego attack. We decide not to counter, but to continue in a high pace, because there are still 36km to go.
Thiago Machado has joined Dyachenko, Nieve and Poels. Burghardt and Pujol have been dropped. On the summit of the Puerto de Lumeras, Dyachenko is 1st, followed by Nieve and Machado. 20km to go.
Cunego and Joaquim Rodrigues, who went in the counterattack, follow at 8'03. The peloton, with the Monster Energy - Ford riders making the pace, follow at 8'39. In the descend they catch CUnego and Rodriguez.
2km to go and Nieve starts the sprint. Poels is in 2nd position, followed by Dyachenko. Machado can't follow them.
Entering the last 700m, Poels tries to jump over Nieve.
What a suspense! What a thrilling sprint a trois! It's Astana's Dyachenko who has the best sprint left after this hard stage, beating Nieve and Poels by a few inches....
6'08 behind wins LL Sánchez the sprint for the 6th place. Robert Gesink finishes in 8th place. Vasil Kiryienka (Movistar) is the only top 10-rider who isnt in this group and drops from 9 to 10 in the GC. Poels jumps to 13th. 8 riders finish outside the timelimit and can go home: Blythe, Boucher & Debusschere (OLO), Goddaert & Minard (ALM), King (RSh), Nizzolo (Leo) and Stauff (QSt).

Today's winner:
Word from the DS: Wout Poels was sooooooooooooooo close to win the stage, but he was beaten by 2 guys who were a little bit stronger in the sprint after this tough stage. Further, I can tell you that Robert Gesink is really looking forward to the next 2 stages, with finishes on the Lagos de Somiedo and the Alto d'Angliru. We hope that he can gain enough time there, and set a big step to the GC-win.
Stage 14 and the first of two stages with horrible climbs to the finish. The stage starts in Astorga and finishes after 175.8 kilometre in La Farrapona. The final climb is better known as the Lagos de Somiedo.
A small group tries to get away early in the stage and reach the first Intermediate sprint only a few seconds before the peloton does. Pablo Lechuga (Andalucia) gets 6 points, followed by Jorge Azanza (Euskaltel) and Patrick Gretsch (HTC).
The peloton stays together in the road to the 2nd Intermediate sprint, in the town of Pobladura de Luna. Nobody wants to sprint for the points or seconds, so Peter Sagan wins the sprint easily.
The first climb of the day is the Puerto de la Ventana (2nd category, summit at 1590m. It's still 65km to go at the summit, so nobody attacks in the climb and the riders only sprint for the KOTM-points. Thiago Machado (Radio Shack) is the first on the summit, followed by Wout Poels and Kanstantsin Siutsou (HTC).
The peloton starts the ascend of the next climb together. The climb of the Puerto de San Lorenzo is 10km long with an average gradient of 8.5% and a maximum gradient of 14%. The peak lies at 1350 metres.
Thiago Machado and Kanstantsin Siutsou attack in the climb. Machado is the better climber and is the first on the summit. Siutsou follows at '53 and Poels leads the peloton at 2'09. Still 33.7km to go.
The final climb of the day, to Lagos de Somiedo is 16.8km long. The first 11km have an average gradient of 4%, but then the gradient gets higher with an average of 10%. The summit lies at 1715 metres.
The climb hasn't even started when Vasil Kiryienka (Movistar) attacks and he gets joined by Bruno Pires (Leopard), Mikel Nieve (Euskaltel) and Rafael Valls (Geox). Machado is 1'22 ahead of them.
The 4 riders can't get away, and with 14 kilometres to go, Damiano Cunego tries to surprise his opponents with an early attack. He is '53 back to Machado. As happened before, he can creat a small gap, but isn't able to keep it.
When Machado is only a few seconds ahead of the chasing group, Ezequiel Mosquera is the next to attack. There are 11.5km remaining.
Mosquera is joined by Luis León Sánchez and Javier Moreno. The 3 Spanish riders create a 24-second gap to the peloton. In the chasing group, Rob Ruijgh & Jelle Vanendert keep the pace up high and they slowly regain the lost seconds to the 3 leaders.
The pace of Vanendert is higher than the pace of the 3 leading Spanish riders. With less than 7 kilometres to go, the 3 are caught again, just before the steep part of the climb starts.
This is the signal for Cunego to attack again. Within the last 5 kilometres he gives it all he has got to regain some time on Gesink. Denis Menchov is the first to react and also Robert Gesink easily finds the back wheel of Cunego.
After a fruitless attempt of Menchov to attack, Gesink takes all things in his hands and attacks. There are 3600 metres left and Cunego and Mencho quickly loose 13 seconds. The others are already '45 behind.
Jelle Vanendert attacks out of the chasing group with 2500 metres to go. Joaquim Rodríguez joins him. They are 1'04 behind the leading Dutchie, and '32 behind Cunego and Menchov.
Gesink is in the last kilometre and his lead is getting bigger. Cunego and Menchov follow at '50, Rodríguez at 1'23 and the group Vanendert at 1'43.
Already before the finish, Robert Gesink takes his time to celebrate his third stage win of this Vuelta a Espana. He sets a giant step to the overall win. Menchov finishes in 2nd place at 1'02, Cunego at 1'07. Rodríguez looses 1'44, Sánchez 2'16, Mosquera 2'24 and Vanendert 2'34.
