Will the wage stay the same when you transfer later a rider from WT to CT / CT to WT?

Okay, remaining budget will count for a very small amount of upgrade points. No higher then 1 point for each 1000 budget
Draft costs no money, so don't worry about that one yet. You will get to pick 1 rider, and draft order goes from bottom to top of the rankings.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

It's not really a wage, it's a fee you pay to re-sign that tider. So it has no influence what happens afterwards.

And by upgrade point you mean 1000 = +1? or 1000 = 1 and you need 51000 to go 50>51?

Normal rider costs 5000 for a WT team and 2000 for a CT team. However, for the CT teams, should he have a stat of 76 or 77, he's WT material and you'll have to pay 5000 as well.
I assume this stat does once again not include FTR and DHL?

Correct!

The second one, so I recommend to spend most money in the offseason

No it does not.
@Manx: What I imagine/hope will happen is that the upgrade points will not be a bonus for being frugal, they will be a mechanism to level the playing field for those who did not fare well. I imagine that it is worth more to buy a rider with the money, and that therefore you should not need to worry about the points, as they are a backup for if you do not do well, not something to consider when making bids. |

Thanks Oldfart. Edited the previous renewal post to include Bouhannis increased wage, Pinot's new status and the fine.

Buying Free Agents once that starts and it can be used in transaction of course. I suppose I can get remaining budget to count for (very few) upgrade points.
Just to make completely sure I understand everythong correctly:
This budget needs to cover: Renewals, FA signings and any transfer fees that might arise?
So money saved here can go to buying riders in the "real" transfer season as well?

Yes, money you have left after renewals can be used in the transfer period for FA signing and buying riders off other teams.
I'll be going to the store now, your questions will be put on hold

Will be one round of drafts? (or if more, then with reversed orders?) |

Wow, I'm glad I don't need to do this! Will the Drapac team be included in this 'draft'?
EDIT:
2) I will however only allow 3 FA signings per team, so choose well once we get there.
Does this include EPIC riders? Because I hope to sign one more of those.

Jaxika - One round only for WT teams, Drapac + the CT teams that stay CT will get a second round. The rest comes from FA signing.
OZ - No, you can sign up to 6 EPIC riders, they don't count for the 3 FA signs
Bikex - Take a look at the WAIT rule, it should come in handy if you're a bit short for now. But I think the main problem is that Katusha finished way below expectations. Well, that Purito abandon does make a 50000 budget difference, looking at it now.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

If I release like 15 'normal riders' will I be able to sign 15 riders in the draft? |

No, you only get 1 rider from the draft and 3 from FA signing, so getting rid of 15 riders might no be the best idea!

Draft is one rider and one rider only for WT teams (as i read it). Otherwise there is Free Agency of all un-renewed riders and a selection of other riders
