Fuck! Missed out on Greipel, Porte, GvA, Meyer and more. Now my team is really shit... I've got to have a good transfer season, really good.
My WT team leader is Chris Horner, you'll be fine.
Mine is Evans
I don't even have a clue who my leader is

In the mountains, I'm relying on Kennaugh and Stetina.

Van Garderen and Kelderman is a nice duo of leaders. Behind that a few solid talents set up but i really missed out otherwise. Txurruka is my #3, Gmray #4 and Rathe #5
Also going to possibly struggle with the 48hours limit but i'll give it a go

Perhaps you overpaid a bit for your leaders? ^^

I think Costa and Velits along with one or two others bidded on in Round 2 should give me some strong climbing leaders in the CT.
And I have sent in my round 2.

Demare, Bouhanni, Gaudin, Roelandts, Ladagnous, Rolland. All but 1 riders are from France and that's exactly what I wanted.
Now Boonen or Cancellara are next targets to finally fill up our cobbled squad.

Did i overpay? In terms of raw ability yes. But i'm happy with those values. I love TVG, he's a great stage racer, and Kelderman is only going to get better (plus it's another game were Jesl can't get him ). It will all fit into my idea for the team which is still very achievable and will be fun to watch

One thing for you is that you do have a fair bit of budget left for the riders you need.

Some interesting teams rolling around so I thought I'd highlight mine.
Malori, Guardini, Paolini, Moser, Cataldo, Pozzato, Caruso, Ulissi and Pirazzi (+ domestiques and talents).
To compensate for the lack of a leader we seem to have done pretty well in bringing in riders for all terrains everything), and the team is currently 94% Italian, which is quite nice

So here we go round 2:
The transfer sheet: https://www.mediafire.com/?e2m4uy3370...y33701lyyb
It works like the first one, some adjustments have been made though.
1. If you are over you budget after round 2.2 then you have to pay a fine equaling the amount of money you are over the budget. With this transfer sheet there is the option to sack a rider. There is still a fee but it is lower. You can sack two riders at max. For the first rider the fee will be half of the riders wage for the second rider it will be 3/4 of his wage.
If you want to sack a rider, just go to the table sacking and put the rider ID in column A.
2. The minimum wage for development teams has changed: You can lower the minimum wage for the development team, but for each 100 you lower it from 1200 your talent focus must be at least 20 more.
So: min wage 1100 -> min talent focus 20
min wage 1000 -> min talent focus 40
min wage 900 -> min talent focus 60
...
Considering the sheet, you now only have to put the wage into column E. Your team ID will be added automatically.
This time remember what you have to send to me: Copy columns A-E of the transfer sheet, put them in a table formate and PM me them! If you want to sack a rider just pm me his ID's
That's everything new considering transfers, I think. Remember that round 2 has 3 parts, in the third part riders can be transferred between teams. I will introduce the exact the exact rules for that on a later point.
I'll give 48 hours for this round, although it should be done very fast and easily. The experience with 36 hours wasn't that good so far.
Also, Maddox doesn't want to be a part of this game anymore, but I don't want to remove a team, so I will make the transfers for PetroChina. He said he doesn't have enough time. It was already hard to motivate him in the first round of transfers. After the first season PetroChina will disband most likely.
Some questions on that:
The 120% rule applies for the whole budget, not for the one we have just for round 2? So with my 9000 budget I'm allowed to bid for 10800 at all, not for 9700 because I had about 3500 left after round 1.2?
As you said, you will look at staying in budget after round 2.2, so before we did the transfers with other teams, right? My question is now, if you will look for meating the dev team requirements after 2.2 as well, or if we have time to fill our dev team with 8-10 riders with 1200 (or less...) wage until finishing round 2.3?

I'm just asking. Didn't send my transfers in yet (of course, because why should I be asking otherwise )
So, everybody agrees on that? Because I will definetely not get all of those riders and on some I just put min wage to avoid a boonen, so it is unprobable that I will get those. What do the others say - and most importantly bikex? Or stayed everyone in the budget for round 2.1 so far and it would be an unfair advantage not to do?

I already send my bids for round 2, and i didn't take advantage with that 120%.
I think we all must be the same. But is a choice of each one. |

I don't see why you would go over at this stage. It means that if you get all the riders you bid on and no one wants to buy them off you then you are over the wage cap.
