I'm mostly looking forward to the Tre Cime, where Eddy Merckx once did an amazing stunt. Starting the ascent he was 10 minutes down, at the top (it was snowing) he had a 10 minute lead. Won that Giro wth 20 minutes advance |

Well, surely of all things in a GT that was the one we 1) all expected and 2) can all laugh at

I wouldn't count Kelderman to the Blanco's crash total at all
He's on different level in terms of crashing than whole Blanco team unforuntaltely :L

Nope, he retired.
Think he is already back in the peloton.
Cav, Chicci and Bouhanni already at the back of the peloton.

Cavendish and Bouhanni about to be dropped already, even though the pace is really low.
Kelderman's crash was only a matter of when, not if. Gesink is next.

Luca Scinto: "I'd hoped that Sky would let the break go up to 10 or 13 minutes and then we could have had some glory too.
It doesn't make sense to me if you want to win the Giro but everyone is free to ride their own race. But we'll attack everyday anyway."
Who doesn't love Vini?

It really does not bode well if he wants to get Green this year at the Tour.

Why the holy high hell isn't Eurosport showing the Giro?! They showed the first two stages, now it's just bloody snooker!
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"

It's on ES2, for whatever reason they think Snooker attracts more viewers than the Giro today, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Yes, the fricking whole week fricking Snooker.
Like the only time fricking Tennis doesn't come into our way (which is still 1000x better than Snooker), they decide to mess with us anyway.

Well yes, Snooker World Championships are quite a big thing and happen once per year. And are far more interesting mostly than most of the early stages in GT's
And I am sure most people think same about cycling i.e. 3 weeks of same thing over and over again

Definitely not over here. 98% of the German population can't name you a single snooker player.
