Right now I have a problem at the Tour du Haut Var. It always crashing when starting the race. No matter if I do 3D, detailled sim or quick simulation.
I also changed the stage files but won`t work.
Anybody else experienced this problem? |

I never had that myself but I remember there was a story not too long ago that had the same problem, maybe someone else remembers it, I don't know what story it was? |

Haven`t found anything as I find too much other stuff.
So still have the problem. Will be at home tomorrow again. So if anybody remembers a solution it would be really much appreciated. |

No worries. This story isn`t dead. Ryan just enjoys his race break and will be back soon for the GP Lugano.
In the meantime Keukeleire had his first race days in the Tour of Oman, where he was close to a stage win but against Cavendish and the strong Movistar duo Ventoso and Rojas Gil he was only able to get a podium. Joseph is not yet in form and couldn`t perform on his best there and finished as 20th only.
At the moment our team is in Malaysia for the Tour of Langkawi, where we started excellent with a 2nd in the prologue by young talent Austin Crawford. Also Grenda is showing a good performance there with solid sprint results and also a good prologue. Howes and Crawford will lead the team in the mountain stage.
Our journey to Haut Var and Omloop Het Volk was cancelled due to some problems. So the first big spring classic without Keukeleire. He will start the classic season in Kuurne Brussel Kuurne and hopefully comes into form right in time for Milan San Remo. |

A podium place in Oman is definitely a nice achievement for Keukeleire. Hope to see him within top 5 of Kuurne! |

Keukeleire big bang in Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne
While we are riding in Lugano (presentation and report next week as I am not at home this weekend) our classic squad around Keukeleire, Goddaert, Craddock and Rathe was opening this part of the seasaon in Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne. None of them is an excellent cobbler, so these courses with less cobbles and a flat finish suit us the most.
Rathe and Craddock completely rode for Keukeleire, while even Goddaert was helping out in the final kilometers. So all attacks of Boonen, Boom or Cancellara were stopped.
In the final 5km when these and some more attacked again Keukeleire followed immediately seeing that nobody would be able to close this gap and a group of ~12 would decide this race. Half of them more than decent sprinters.
Luckily Jens was able to find Boonen`s wheel and although Boom and Van Avermaet looked stronger in the end he was able to come around to bring our team a big classic win. This is of course an excellent start into the classic season and will give him the necessary motivation for Milan San Remo.
Keukeleire wins KBK out of a small group

What a Brilliant victory for Jens
You only have to look at the talent that finished behind him to realise how good that win was |

Thanks all. Was a surprising win as it was the first real cobble experience with PCM12 and also it didn`t look too well on the first pavement. So surprising end also for me and great for the team of course.
Grand Prix di Lugano
The Grand Prix di Lugano is a UCI Europe 1.1 classic held in Switzerland around Lugano. It`s a tough, hilly race with some well known winners like Bettini, Moncoutie, Basso or Coppi in earlier versions.
The last long climb is pretty far from the finish so a combination of sprinter and puncheur would be perfect obviously.
None of our riders is really in form here. But we hope to perform well with Serry in especially. Also Berry and Dombrowski can be expected to do well while it`s mainly a preparation race for many of us after a shorter race break.
I will get some freedoms but just like the others I need some more races to be in a perfect shape.
Lots of great riders here starting with Nibali, Schleck, Evans or former winner Basso. That`s almost World Tour race quality here.
Favourites
***** Meersman
**** Gallopin, Schleck
*** Nibali, Evans, Moreno
** Serry, Basso, Pinotti, Moser
* Dekker, Pellizotti, Betancourt, Cherel, Kern

Thanks all.
Grand Prix di Lugano
Lugano - Lugano (173,3km)
As said in the preview it`s a very hard course. 4 laps on very hilly terrain with almost no flat part in between.
With the very first attack the group of the day seems to be formed. Luckily I was able to join them together with Buts, Proch and Karnulin.
Andrea Tonti attacked on the long climb and joins us on the descent making it a group of five now.
Liquigas for Nibali is doing the main work. Also BMC, RadioShack and Katusha are seen in the first rows supporting.
Bad luck for Nibali. He crashes when it goes up the long climb for the 3rd time. 75km left and a gap of 4'40 but Liquigas stopping the pace now means a better chance for me of course.
Well. Not really. RadioShack keeps the pace high and good for Liquigas that Nibali wasn`t injured and already is in the end of the peloton already.
Chernetski attacks with 53km to go. He is immediately followed by Malori and Swissman Moos, which makes the crowd cheering very loud now.
It took them 12km until they joined us just before the last long climb. A bit later would have been better for us 5 of course as the stronger puncheurs will let us suffer now.
On the descent I lost contract to the new trio and am almost back in the peloton. Iganzio Moser attacked and is overtaking me right now.
21km left and it`s the last very steep ramp now. Dombrowski attacks and tries to escape. Only the trio is ahead now with Moos surprisingly being the strongest of them leading solo.
His attack was pretty powerful and so more riders follow: Gallopin, Chiarini, Evans, Schleck or Moreno.
Also Nibali joined them with 9km to go. Also Chernetski and Malori are in this group now with Moos still leading. Ag2r is doing a high pace behind now trying to bring everything back together.
Unfortunately Serry had a bad moment and lost contact. Berry and Mannion are our riders still in this first bigger group behind the favourites.
5,2km and the favourite group is caught. 36 riders chasing Moos now.
Not ideal for us without a really fresh rider now.
Ouch. Moos was so close to take a huge home-win but with 1,5km Tony Gallopin uses his sprint skills and overtakes him easily.
No doubt he was one of the strongest today. The young French takes this win, while the fight for the next spots is very close. In the end Meersman and Pinotti make it also a good race for BMC on the next spots while Dombrowski was our best as 19th at the end of the group as there was another split.
Not the best race for us but as said, none of us was in form and it was more a preparation race. Therefore we had a pretty active performance today. Pieter Serry as 73rd surely has room to improve. Definitely not the best race of our hilly leader.
