Ah Purito with one of his long range attacks.

Didn't like this. Reminded too much of the Tour.
Perfectly done from Purito though.

Purito overcame a Sky Train. Good for him.

Very surprised that Contador lost that much. I guess he still needs some more racing.

He was never going to win it. He is a bust by definition.

Contador just lost 23 seconds. That's close to half a minute. Bear that in mind

Purito probably in best shape of his career. While Anton ... it's just so disappointing. |

He does. But he decided not to race San Sebastián for god knows what reason. Maybe because the race went through Irún?

Good finish. On the longer climbs Froome would be absolutely destroying the others. Capecchi did good too. To bad he lost a minute and lot of energy because of the fall in the other stage. |

Gesink started the climb in a really bad position, but still managed to limit the losses.
Mollema once again blew, when he was trying to get to the front too fast.

After that stage i think Froome will win vuelta. On the much longer climbs purito must crack.

Although I know that this is a Purito-climb, this was still pretty impressive. He's looking like a real contender for the overall actually.
Froome and Contador will probably drop him in the big mountains though.
