I preferred Patriots over Ravens, but I would have liked an overtime decision.
Where's Morten Andersen when you need him?
Seriously, though. Cundiff is done. Fired. And for good reason - it's exactly in a case like this where a good kicker is seperated from the great one.
I thought the exact same thing. I was even thinking he'd miss it before the kick. Don't know why, just did.
Hopefully the Giants can win now!

I knew he was going to miss it as soon as the Ravens started their final drive

I thought that was Jan 23rd 2012, and was very amused for a second, now am still amused, but slightly less so.

Just wondering, but what did everyone think of the Evans near-catch on 3rd-1 on the Ravens final drive?
I personally thought he scored, so I was shocked there was no review of the play at all. It looked like catch-2 steps, before the ball was swatted out of his hands.

Mb: Exactly the same for me Decided to post it anyway.
Valverde: ... and again, I thought the same. Should have been reviewed. Whether it should be a TD, I don't know, but I do believe that the refs should have checked it. |

@Valv321 He clearly didn't complete the process of the catch. Trust me as a Detroit fan we know this rule way to well after it was called against Calvin Johnson to lose a game 2 years ago.

First Cundiff, now Williams who made not one, but two huge mistakes. Tough days to come for both of the players. |

Its going to be amazing!
Two of the best QB's, well Brady is the 2nd best imo, Manning is probably Top 5 or 6.
And two similar teams. Both with great offenses and only average defenses, imo. I'm pretty sure a couple Giants secondary players were injured for the season, before it even started though.
That sucks Mike, you should try to PVR/ record it if you can.

I can't watch it, because I'm starting on my new job on the following day ... and as you know, that job has to do with news. Going to be impossible to avoid knowing the result

I can't get psyched this year. I don't like Giants. I don't like Patriots. I know it's Super Bowl, but it is hard to get excited when you really don't want any of the teams to win.
I'll end up watching it, but most likely not the entire game.
