@faillu: Thanks. All have been targets since the start of the season, so delighted with them The team is top of the Conti Rankings, but 4th best Conti team in CQ Rankings. Promotion may have to wait for another season.
@admir: Glad you like the signings. I am big fan of the two riders as well

Transfers are finally here. Capecchi is a nice addition to the GC team, while Colbrelli is a great sprinter for the tougher stages.
Looking forward to see Moser on the team. He'll be a sure points scorer in the hilly classics and short stage races.
It will be interesting to see who else joins the team. Will you focus solely on Italian riders? |

Even though the team is only 4th in the CQ rankings, you might still be able to get promotion. Or not, if you decide it's not time for it. |

@mvh: glad you like the signings your comments about them all are my thoughts exactly. Target is a total of 7/8 new additions ahead of the new season. Should make it a team of 27/28 riders for 2014. Italians are prefered but difficult with who is available plus wage structure. More additions to be revealed tonight if I have time. All additions boost the team in the areas required for Wildcard entries and with hope, promotion next season.
@faillu: only the top 2 gain promotion so it will be difficult without Wildcard entries and WT races. Europcar and Bardiani lead the way at the moment.

Great ride from Adam at the Beaumont Trophy
Nice to see Rapha-Bianchi still topping the Rankings
And liking the signing of Moreno Moser too |

@sutty: another second for Adam sadly topping the Conti rankings but I think we will miss out on promotion through the CQ. Moser is a fantastic signing for us so happy with it.
Two more signings (a TT specialist and a Pure Climber) to be announced late tonight plus TdF coverage up until the first rest day

TT specialist -> Flakemore maybe, unless it isn't a young rider.
Climber -> could be anyone really. |

My bad, looked over him in the team overview.
Malori and Aru are going to be the next guesses in that case.

Stockton Velo29-Altura Grand Prix
7th July 2013
It may only be Round 5 of the Premier Calendar, but it looks like we could have the Team Classification all sewn up. Either way, there are 4 rounds left, and it continues at the Stockton GP.
A flat stage, it will most likely end in a bunch sprint, where Jonny Bellis will be our man. Owain Doull and Simon Yates will help him in the lead out, whilst Rasmus Quaade and Linus Gerdemann will work as pilots as everything is being organised at the finish.
Trent Lowe and Dan Lloyd will work domestiques on the stage, with Fredrik Ludvigsson riding in a free role.
Sponsor Role: N/A
Team Goal: Top 3
Rapha-Bianchi became the nearly men of the Premier Calendar again in Stockton, as Sam Bennent (SKT) took the stage win ahead of Jonny Bellis, with Eric Young (OPM) rounding off the podium.
The result was yet another podium finish for the Anglo-Italian team, who are slowly running out of opportunities to take a win on British soil.

*** BREAKING NEWS ***
More additions for Rapha-Bianchi
Coming only 3 days after the first announcement of signings, Rapha-Bianchi have confirmed two more riders for the 2014 season.
Swedish rider Tobias Ludvigsson will bolster the team's Time Trial abilities, whilst the Colombian Estaban Chaves will one of the riders to watch when the roads start to head into the high Mountains.
However, whilst signings are announced for 2014, Phil Hoyle was sad to announce squad departures at the end of the season.
Estonian Road Race Champion Rene Mandri has rejected a new contract with Rapha-Bianchi, to sign with Amore & Vita as their new Lead Sprinter. Lead-out man Jonny Bellis has shown a desire to move back to the UK domestic peleton, with a move to Madison Genesis on the card, whilst general team domestique Trent Lowe is close to finalising a move to Champion Systems.
