Close vote! I probably won't be on tomorrow due to the 4th of July so it will feel like no time at all when I get back on the result should be posted! I can't believe its so close

I bet Bissell and Garneau are fighting for the lead.

I voted for Bontrager. best role for a team known for talents like Dombrowski. Great place to be.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

I think it's Bissell + Bontrager, Garneau have too low team members so he could not develop much with no good support of team and he will do everything by himself
In my experience (Almost always start with small teams) When you pick too much tiny team with less than about 2 guys from some 66(+) overall, you will have trouble to actually win something or fight for some points...

Not BMC as he won't be able to develop (no chance to get results!)

Voting Ends Tomorrow at 8:00AM USA EST.
Right now the leader has 24 votes, 2nd has 21 votes.
So if you still haven't voted, it's still really close.

Ye, BMC water career would be less interesting story, becouse he will not have a chance to actualy grow, no results and for me it shoud get a story boring, this contract better suits to no hopers, definitely not him

I am sure he would learn a lot from the likes of Evans, Gilbert and Hushovd though |

7 teams wanted me and only 1 team could have me.
And after seeing what you guys thought it really was only a two team race.
It was Bontrager, who offered me a leader's role, against Bissell,
who followed me from the start and gave me a second chance to succeed.
When you put it like that, it's hard to say no to Bissell.
And that's what you guys were telling me.
So I re-signed with Bissell! Training Camp in Santa Rosa again in a few weeks.

Meh, when I am actually the first to see the report, there are no points to give
Bissell is a good team choice!

Yay Bissell! I was hoping the fact that I voted twice wouldn't decide it |

Bontrager gave you a leaders role with money and development. They gave you better options and are the prime youth team for the USA, with WT riders like Dombrowski and Boswell going there.

What a feeling to be back at the pre-season training camp two years removed from what I thought was going to be the end of a sadly short career.
My teammates that were left from the 2010 squad were thrilled to see me back.
The hugs and catching up was cool, but I had to focus on proving my worth.
Riding in the pros is a privilege and a lot of amateurs wanted my spot.
--- *** --- *** --- *** ---
Team pre-season training only last two days this season due to budget cuts.
The first day is the usually ride to Santa Rosa, this time from San Francisco.
The day starts with a ride over the Golden Gate Bridge.
Quickly followed by our orders for the day by our DS Glen Mitchell.
We were each to take turns at the front in 20 second intervals,
with the goal being to try and drop each other.
The last rider standing would have the second training day off.
I didn't like this "game" I was one of the worst in the team at endurance.
My personal goal was not to get dropped first.
20kms in and I was still in the group, the views of the Pacific helped take
my mind off the intense speeds my teammates were putting my through.
And they finally cracked me after 38kms.
But I wasn't the first one to go! As I look back to see the Aussie Bevin.
Congrats to the surprise winner Vennell for getting the day off tomorrow,
well desired after outlasting our team leader's McCarty and Pipp.
Hopefully I can get my hands on everybody's talent evaluation for
the upcoming season by tomorrow so I can post a brief team report
before going out on the road for the final training day.
Although I didn't like this training exercise it was a new experience.
Spoiler
My training is now in your hands for the rest of my career.
After each race I can receive both EXP and Form Points.
EXP is a permanent stat gains while Form is temporary (the next race/stage).
A maximum of 3 EXP and 5 Form can be rewarded after each stage.
After any stage I receive EXP or Form points
you guys get to decided where I put those stat gains to use.
All you have to do is comment on which category you want
1 of the stat gains to go (Ex. Mountain, Sprint, Flat, etc.)
The EXP points are used up first followed by the Form.
Each member can only say one category for themselves.
And it will go until all the points are used up.
If you have any questions about my training, leave a question below.
It looks confusing at first but it's rather simple,
and this will be the only method for me to progress talent wise.
