That jersey. The NC jersey from Bouhanni looks, there's no word's to describe it.
After a closer look at the picture, Bouhanni's jersey is ... not a jersey.
He's wearing a bodysuit instead. That makes sense since it was a short stage and he probably didn't need pockets, etc. But that still looks weird, IMO, to see riders riding normal stages in bodysuits. I reckon Sky started that trend two or three years ago, even though it's been done from times to times in history.

Dave Z rode before Sky's first season the entirety of Paris-Tours (when he was off the front in a break if I remember correctly) in a skin suit.
Garmin started flicking pebbles off the cliff, Sky threw the first boulder. To use a random analogy.
With the overall at Algarve, honestly, I'd be watching Machado. He's had a bit more time to find some form, and can ride a decent TT on his day... Plus, he's got 20 odd seconds on Martin yet only 11 to Henao, and less to Costa.

Martin is going to take the GC easy as pie
Don't be so sure. When the ITT was 17km Martin beat Westra only by 5 seconds. Distance is now 35kms, so x2, if Westra has a similar ITT then he'd only lose about 10 seconds so it could be close.
Ofcourse Martin is the favorite though, no discussion about that. But it won't be that easy
And on Haut-Var, also nice to see Slagter there again

Maybe a stupid question, but why would a team bring sprinters to Andalusia with only hilly stages?
Is it only for building up fitness or am I missing something?
Also, nice result for LTB. Where did Vanendert finish, though?
I'm curious if his prologue/TT has improved.
