I will never forgive Sky for this. I already did not like them. But after this Tour and what they did with Froome, I hate them. Sky can all die in a fire for me.
Not a little bit too harsh, huh? It's still only cycling.
Classic Ruben comment when Rabobank and the Dutch rider suck ass. |

I imagine Froome's just been told to bite the bullet this time round, then soon enough he will 'inherit' the sky juggernaut for himself. As annoying as it is for Froome it might ultimately work out for the best. Shame for him though as it could have been him to be the first British rider to win the tour.

Seriously guys, leave this stage for race discussion, and go to the doping thread for all the firing accusations of doping.
It cleans the forum up, and avoids random arguments.
It's relevant to this stage. It just happened. The only reason you people get som fired up due to these comments is because you can't deny they are true. If they weren't you wouldn't care. |

You did kind of support Armstrong tooth and nail.
No I don't anymore. Look at my sig.
"May" is hardly condemnation.
The point of my sig is supposed to reference that I want to believe he didn't. Then I say "denial doesn't get you far" to accept he is guilty. Did you even read it?
Regardless, calling someone a hypocrit because they are doing exactly what you, until very recently, did, is kind of not-on in most people's books.

And he should be. Getting 3rd on the podium may or may not mean glory in the history books. I wonder if that is also one of the reasons why few of the GC riders risk anything. |

For me it looked like a team order for froome to stay.
Sky clearly want Wiggins to win, so they don't want froome to get any time on him today as he will clearly beat Wiggins by a minute in the time trial, if not Froome must have been ordered to take it easy

Really, because people called me a hypocrit. And I was doing exactly what thew fanboys are. And I regret my blindness. The past is the past.

Agreed with that. This really ruined the race for me. Sky's my least favourite team now. |

Nice to see Van Garderen up into fifth place
BMC should have put more faith in him rather than Evans |

Will be inetresting to see what the reactions are in the interviews. Wiggins seemed to give him the all clear a few km out - did Yates call him back? Yes Sky want Wiggins to win because the media coverage of a Wiggins win in Britain would be 10 times greater than that for a Froome win but if it was a team order it's a silly one - better to have let him take 20 seconds and the TT will sort things out.
Porte just gave a strangely subdued interview - tired or annoyed at a ridiculous team order?

??? What's this for bullshit comment? I enjoy racing even when 0 Dutch riders are starting. Ofcourse I'd like them to do well, but if they don't I can still enjoy racing.
So explain your comment? Why can I not be frustrated with Sky not letting Froome go because Dutch riders suck. Please explain. I'd like to hear your view
Because frankly, you sound like a moron

BBC is reporting Froome is going to be entered into the British Equestrian Cross Country team at the Olympics next week.
Not sure who's riding him.
It was eleven more than necessary.

A real domestique doesn't ride away from his leader and then wait for him 5times. Sky is a disgrace to cycling in my eyes. They fuck up tactics every time but this is to much.

Valverde, back from a ban and my favourite rider finally wins a stage in the Tour de France
After all the bad luck he has had with crashes this year and then trying to get into the break to get a stage win, im so happy he has finally managed to pull it off
