Podium
1) Dylan Teuns
2) Rafal Majka
3) Wout Poels
Answer to Bonus Question: Who will be the highest placed Polish rider besides Majka? is Tomasz Marczynski
A surprise win for Dylan Teuns catches out all but one of our preditors. Second placed Majka was the most popular choice with four picks. Poels, again, managed just one pick. The popular picks of Adam Yates, Rui Costa and Jungels failed to get our predictors any points. Second-best placed Pole, Marczynski had no suitors.
Mr. Eccentric Croatia picked both Teuns and Poels, a remarkable choice, given no one else had gone for them. His 'out-of-the-way' pick gets him back-to-back wins following up from the Ride-London Surrey Classic. The four members - Emre, Purepasd, Jandal and Raziz - who picked Majka share second place. Marco, Abhishek and Aquarius pick up no points in this race.
The table now looks like this:
Name | Races Entered | Bonuses | Total Points | Raziz | 28 | 310 | 960 | jandal7 | 27 | 280 | 845 | Selwink | 25 | 305 | 805 | AbhishekLFC | 27 | 240 | 790 | purepasd | 27 | 230 | 785 | Marcovdw | 28 | 205 | 765 | Aquarius | 22 | 180 | 710 | emre99 | 27 | 220 | 685 | Croatia14 | 28 | 180 | 460 | Ian Butler | 6 | 50 | 245 | Luxemburger | 7 | 90 | 165 | Squire | 4 | 60 | 100 | trekbmc | 2 | 0 | 0 |
No change at the top as Jandal and Raziz both pick up the same points. Abhishek is unable to take advantage of Selwink's absence. In contrast, Purepasd closes the gap to the former. Emre inches closer to those above him while Croatia keeps plugging away.

Podium
1) Tom Dumoulin
2) Tim Wellens
3) Jasper Stuyven
Answer to Bonus Question: The GVA-Sagan rivalry continues here but who will finish higher in GC? is Greg Van Avermaet.
Dumoulin lives up to his favourite tag to win the inaugural BinckBank Tour (only in terms of this name). That is good news for two of our predictors who preferred to pick him despite his long absence from races. Tim Wellens was also in the teams of two predictors giving them points for his second place. Stuyven was not picked by anyone. As usual, GVA and Sagan were popular picks, but they could only managed 4th and 7th respectively, making GVA the correct pick for the bonus question. Up and comer Naesen was picked by three members but he finished 5th.
Aquarius and Croatia pick up points for Dumoulin. Jandal and Marco pick up points for Wellens. The latter pair also get points for picking GVA above Sagan for the bonus question. The only other point scorer is Abhishek, who got the bonus question right.
Name | Races Entered | Bonuses | Total Points | Raziz | 29 | 310 | 960 | jandal7 | 28 | 290 | 865 | Selwink | 25 | 305 | 805 | AbhishekLFC | 28 | 250 | 800 | Marcovdw | 29 | 215 | 785 | purepasd | 28 | 230 | 785 | Aquarius | 23 | 180 | 730 | emre99 | 28 | 220 | 685 | Croatia14 | 29 | 180 | 480 | Ian Butler | 6 | 50 | 245 | Luxemburger | 7 | 90 | 165 | Squire | 4 | 60 | 100 | trekbmc | 2 | 0 | 0 |
Only one change in position with Marco moving to joint 5th with Purepasd, who doesn't score in this round. Jandal takes advantage of Raziz's duck to bring the gap down to below a hundred points. Abhishek moves to within five points of Selwink. Emre also gets no points for this race.
Stay tuned for the Vuelta a Espana game which will open shortly...

Great to see that i'm recovering my shape ahead of Vuelta and those various one-day races in late August early September. That bad run of the summer had to stop
