Also I overlooked one Pm from JoeArmstrong, he bid more on Ryan Mullen then Bunzl so Mullen goes to CSC. I guess that was the only mistake in the db, but to be sure you can check the riders you bid for.
If you bid even with the wage that gets payed to a rider then a random generator decided who'd get the rider, that was the case for: Jens Voigt, Rasmus Quaade, Fabio Duarte, Nathan Earle, Romain Bardet and Caleb Ewan. |

Technically they aren't at the moment but unless they sell some people they've only got 350 left to buy 8 riders, and that's with no money at all spent on talent focus or research

Oh, I understand. Well, maybe we can find a solution. Thinking Liberty Seguros is severely OP with Rodriguez, Valverde and Contador.

Celesio look OP as well, and Gazprom has Froome & Nibali. Lacking any other speciality though.

@Ollfardh: Yes, I'm well within my budget since I got lucky with all my riders and don't necessarily need to invest in talent or scouting. Contador 850 is my most expensive rider. It's more a question of balancing for me.

I'm away for the weekend so did not have access to the db. Also not a lot of time to do this and messed up some offers.

So here we go round 2:

It works like the first one, some adjustments have been made though.
1. If you are over you budget after round 2.2 then you have to pay a fine equaling the amount of money you are over the budget. With this transfer sheet there is the option to sack a rider. There is still a fee but it is lower. You can sack two riders at max. For the first rider the fee will be half of the riders wage for the second rider it will be 3/4 of his wage.
If you want to sack a rider, just go to the table sacking and put the rider ID in column A.
2. The minimum wage for development teams has changed: You can lower the minimum wage for the development team, but for each 100 you lower it from 1200 your talent focus must be at least 20 more.
So: min wage 1100 -> min talent focus 20
min wage 1000 -> min talent focus 40
min wage 900 -> min talent focus 60
...
Considering the sheet, you now only have to put the wage into column E. Your team ID will be added automatically.
This time remember what you have to send to me: Copy columns A-E of the transfer sheet, put them in a table formate and PM me them! If you want to sack a rider just pm me his ID's
That's everything new considering transfers, I think. Remember that round 2 has 3 parts, in the third part riders can be transferred between teams. I will introduce the exact the exact rules for that on a later point.
I'll give 48 hours for this round, although it should be done very fast and easily. The experience with 36 hours wasn't that good so far.
Also, Maddox doesn't want to be a part of this game anymore, but I don't want to remove a team, so I will make the transfers for PetroChina. He said he doesn't have enough time. It was already hard to motivate him in the first round of transfers. After the first season PetroChina will disband most likely. |

There's a number that says talent focus in the file. Min means minimum. Guess it's pretty clear.
Also, BikeX, once again, I must say that I'm impressed with the ''Excel Magic'' you're able to perform
