Sutty, AG2R was very active at the market... at least 6 or 7 riders got a contract with them... and Movistar will smash the competition, imo... at least on the mountains..

the_hoyle - Yep,but i´m not in the mood tochange that..
We are happy with that stage result..
A stage where everything could go wrong for us, it was very important that Pinot could keep with the front..
...and in fact he was giving all he could to stay there... with the last 10kms approaching, Pinot manages to get rid of his group and starts the chase to the front..
He risked alot going downhill but managed to catch up with the front just in time for the final sprint.. important to not loose time here..
 Rodriguez is the strongest, Pinot can´t challenge for the sprint but will notloose time today.. well done.

Really nice Vuelta hope you get rewarded because the TDF was not the best for the team but in La Vuelta you could save it. |

*sutty68 - Indeed mate, Pinot just needs to hang on at this 5th overall until the end and we will be happy.
*atlanta - Nice to see you again .. althought Pinot is only at 3 fitness and not getting better, this Vuelta is being amazing until now.. top15 at the Tour isn´t that bad.. 
Probably this stage will end up with a mass sprint finish but these 3 guys are willing to change that.. our A.Jeanesson, together with C.Kern & M.Bouet are climbing the last mountain with 5´04" gap to the pack...
After attacking 2 or 3 times during the stage, C.Kern finally manages to get rid of his break mates.. only 5 kms to go..
Less then 1,5 kms to go, Jeanesson & Bouet are caught by  P.Gilbert &  S.Gerrans... C.Kern fights to stay at the front..
.. but it wasn´t meant to be his day of glory.. P.Gilbert manages to overtake him in the closing meters to grab the stage win...
We couldn´t win today but Jeanesson did great today and earns kom jersey for his efforts..

Yes you are very right it was a ok TDF i just was thinking Pinot could maybe top 10. And that is a bummer about the 3 fitness i think top 7 is doable though looking at GC, maybe even top 5 we hope.
Did Kreuziger and TJVG do any other GT's?, they look quite menacing out of the riders behind. Also hopfully Intauxti and Kangert fade you never know. |

*atlanta - Maybe he could have done top10 but( honestly, i didn´t used Lachi´s training program  ) Pinot has 79 days raced... you can check those riders downhere..

Not bad sutty
We start every stage with our thoughts that a break might make it until the end,... today isn´t no exception.. i decide to send a fast man to the break... his name? G.Soupe.
.. but unfortunally they can´t make it.. peloton catch them up right after the 10kms mark..
.. so it will end up with a mass sprint finish.. Offredo and our young talent Dubos lead for N.Bouhanni..
Those 3 guys at the front are just the best sprinters in the world... Nacer can´t compete with that..

Y.Offredo is our rider for today´s break..
With enought time to fight for stage win, the break saw how  A.Saramotins attacked by surprise and rides solo at the front.. our man decides to sprint earlier..
.. but Saramotins manages to hang on and wins the stage..

After yesterday´s successfull break, Y.Offredo goes once again with the break, maybe today he can end in better way..
... wich isn´t the case.. Offredo is once again droped...
A.Hansen takes the win.. Offredo with another 4th place..
