BTW, this got lost in the shuffle, but Movistar's crashtastic season continued at Amstel as Costa crashed out....again.

Imo, a bad move by Sagan. At least he won't be a favorite there.
Without Purito, I see Gilbert's chances rising!
I would never rule out Sagan from the race, that would be too dangerous for anybody. But of course that the race does not suit him so much, especially the finish (but he was very good last year in Chieti wall).
Sagan said yesterday, that he had big cramps on Cauberg and that his body was shocked by hot weather, after racing two months in cold conditions.
Edit: But Kreuziger will win again, with sneaky attack (just kidding, but he says his form is superb,i fancy his chances for L-B-L especially,as he better suited for that race.
Or if they will mark him, Conta will play their other card.

I'm not ruling out Sagan, but his season has been so long already, and the profile doesn't suit him as good as Amstel, RvV... So I reckon the Mur will be too much for him. He can prove me wrong if he'd like
Contador, I don't know. When did he ever proof he's any good for one day races? He himself even said he's not in a good form and he's tired (from what, I don't know), but he wants to race them for the team.

He's not in form, but in the few times he's ridden these races he was very very good

Think Contador is underrated in these races. But he is really great in stage races so people expect him to be great in one day races aswell. Him being 'good' is seen as 'weak' by many.
He says he is tired but has he raced much more than he does other years?
I dont see him as the favourite for the Huy "sprint", just as one of the options for attack, similar like Kreuziger did. Saxo has more nice attacking options.
Valverde, Henao are my biggest favourites.

It has been said that the colder weather in Europe is wearing down the riders a bit more... Gerrans himself said the he'd changed his program to suit, but I think that the likes of Contador have stuck pretty well to what they know. I don't think he's raced more than usual for this time of year, but I don't follow him much, so I don't really know.
When you can't decide between two options, flip a coin. Not because the result of the coin will choose for you, but because, in that split second before the coin lands, you'll know what side you want it to fall on.

He has said that he is only there because the team want him to and it would probably be best for his Tour-form to skip them alltogether

Meh, he's ridden Liège two times, the first time he sucked and the second he did ok helping Vino to buy it. I don't think he was "very very good". In Flèche of course he did better (the second time), but that's basically a W/kg competition, not a classic.

That was 3 years ago and Contador has shown this season he isnt the dominator he ones was, or would u expect guys like EVANS or ANTON to repeat the same performance they did on 2010???

I said I wouldn't count him out in a finish like Mur de Huy. I didn't say I expect him to go as well as he did in '10.
That being said, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he does well tomorrow.
