Oh my, you're starting to dominate again
Also, it's good you signed Slagter, I expect some nice results from him early next year
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Jakstar22: Thanks, it was quite unexpected, with Slagter going too early and the other strong punchers badly placed, he just flew past the rest
PCM rulezz: 4/4 would be incredible, but I'm afraid Sutton and Haedo won't let it happen so easily
Ollfardh: Well, I'd say there's a difference between winning stages in the Giro & winning Paris-Roubaix twice and winning two stages in Tour de wallonie Slagter will get some great results, hopefully, I'll definitely send him to Tour Down Under! |

Tour of Wallonie - Stage 4
The one but last stage. We're on a roll, so we're going for the jackpot!
It's a very flat profile. Since Stijn sprints better after a tough day, it's up to us and the wind to make it tough!
How about those jerseys? I could get used to that!
10km from the finish, there was quite some panic. We've set up quite some lead-out, but Stijn had missed Dehaes' wheel, and got stuck in the Accent Jobs train.
Eventually, he found the right wheel and finally we could go full gas, hope it's not too late!
Then I started pulling...
The train was a bit behind Saxo's, but as soon as Willy, a born time trialist, started pulling hard, we got an impressive speed with our train!
He dropped us off at a corner. Dehaes did his job better than ever!
When I started the sprint, I had 100% energy left.
Sutton seemed to be a threat for a while, but the lack of a lead-out finally had its consequences. I kept going strong, everyone else was done for.
My second win here! I really owe this win to the brilliant lead-out. I could get used to this, but I'm sure I'll be happy to do the same for better sprinters next year.
Another great day, and I take some distance. With one more sprint finish, things are looking up for me! Especially with such an amazing team behind me.

Jesleyh: They sure are, too bad the Tour of Wallonie doesn't last 10 days
PCM rulezz: 4/4 seems realistic now, especially now that the team's found the golden lead-out combination!
JuanMotr: About 90, Stijn will be in better shape a little later If you look at the previous sprints here, it was always very close, it's just that the last had the best lead-out train I've made in a long time
FreitasPCM: Indeed, time for WT races
sutty68: Thanks! It's the first time he could take the time to really celebrate his win
Jakstar22: When Willy started pulling, he got the entire peloton on 1 line.
baseballlover312: Thanks he looks like he's finally getting into winning shape. As a sprinter, that can never hurt!
krisa: They did it drug-free! Thanks!
I overslept. So I'm just checking my (pcm) mails now, and then I've got a long day of catching up on work to do. But I'll do everything I can to finish the Tour of Wallonie tonight. |

Another great win, almost too easy. Did you confuse Stijn with Greipel??

Damn, you got me
I didn't expect that easy a sprint, especially not looking at the two first stages: both very close sprints, one losing, one winning (barely). I guess I was just lucky this stage, and because the profile was less hilly, I had a lot of men to form a lead-out, including Dehaes, which pretty much did it for Stijn. Without Dehaes, it would've been a close sprint! |

It may disappoint you, it's a bit more subtle as usual
But don't worry about it, I heard there are some crazy things happening in America, and that's where Willy is going next! |

Tour of Wallonie - Stage 5
Today is about one thing: keeping the lead.
No hard profile. 203km of flat racing. Looks like we were set to go!
Just before the sprint, there was a major crash! Luckily, the crash was located in the middle of the pack and not up front.
Then it was up to our great lead-out train, hoping to lead Stijn to a third stage win here!
Just like the last time, I was right before Dehaes. I didn't do as well as yesterday, but I did all right, I guess. The rest was up to Stijn!
My place was never endangered and I finish 3rd overall! I'm extremely happy about it, and I hope this makes way for a great future.
When we set up our lead-out, Sutton got terribly lost. Since we pushed up the pace incredibly high, it was impossible for him to return. I was already winning the Tour of Wallonie!
Maybe I should've kept myself concentrated a bit better. I was already thinking of victory, that I made a mistake in the sprint. I left Dehaes' wheel a bit too late.
Wyss packed a surprisingly strong sprint, while I just finished on the podium.
Wyss really was the strongest today, but in the end, I didn't mind. I congratulated him with a pat on the shoulder and I started enjoying my overall win!
It's 03:00 am now, and I still can't believe it! I came here hoping for a stage win and I return home with two stage wins, the overall classification, the points jersey and the young rider jersey! I've permanently put myself on the map now.
Upon coming home and checking my mails and the blog, I even came across a tweet from Tom Veelers, part of Team Argos. He tweetet the following:
Congratulations at Stijn Van Gent, winning Tour de Wallonie is a great performance. Can't wait to work with him next year @Argos-Shimano. #awesomedudes
