So to relax during exam season i started a Sky career,
TDU - EBH won 2 stages, podiumed 2 stages and was Top10 on the other 2 stages
Kennaugh won the Kom and Edmonson the Youth as well

Usually run a season, overpower the team, then start over
I always have 2 careers. 1 for lol's and 1 for commitment.
Sky for lols and Karl for commitment

Well just had EBH crash out of the lead of the Tour de Pologne on the final stage.
Won the three hilly stages and podiumed a sprint. Lead by over 2'00 but crashed on the final stage
On the flip side Froome and Wiggo are 1-2 in the TDF with Kiriyenka and Porte also in the Top10.
Also signed Sagan, Martin, Markus, Kelderman and Aru to replace EBH, Hayman, Froome and Rowe

July is over for Colombia. Really a great month!
Atapuma got third overal in Austria as he, Pantano and Ospina got several stage podiums.
Next was Qinghai Lake were Duque would lead. He did great winning two stages, one a 1-2 together with Pantano. Duque just missed the overal with 8 seconds as he was completely lost in the two final sprints.
Duque then got second in Copa Placci before winning Trofeo Matteotti.

season 2014 for an post-sean kelly team as a worldtour team: i got a lesson in leading out for sprints in the first stage of the tour of qatar.
i don't really have a good team overall, as part of my team for qatar i had my new signing stijn vandenbergh as part of my team. my team for this race had the four main riders being stijn vandenbergh, roy jans, barry markus and dusan zitka (a czech sprinting cobblestones rider who is young but very good). i had vandenbergh 4th from last due to his flat ability. his strength really burnt out both jans and markus from their sprinting job. he adding up making a gap from him and jans due to this. i'd need to readjust effort levels in future in this regard for sprinting and take a better approach to how good these sprinters are in flat when they have vandenbergh ahead of them but the positive is that with vandenbergh working at a lower effort, he can do a far longer turn.
both jans and markus are 67 on flat but 71 and 73 respectively in sprint while vandenbergh is 75 on flat and zitka is 73 on flat

Markus flat 67, what horrible DB do you have?! Kidding, probably the official release or something(which is horrible actually )
Yes, I think you should get the effort lower. Effort 95+ should for example only be done in the last 3-4km. You don't have to lead the peloton, don't forget that. Especially when your sprinters aren't the strongest of the field(and have horrible FL stats for a sprint train)
@Admirschleck Androni is a nice team for a career

Just the greatest moment happened today.
Signed an U23 rider called Chelyakov (from Kazakhstan). EBH's fall in Pologne meant Chelyakov gets his Vuelta spot (72FL 68HL 69SP 70REC). Stage 1 mass sprint, no big deal. Stage 2 TTT. Sky wins, Chelyakov inherits Red Jersey!!! His 2nd ever stage for us and he leads a GT... wow

He lost it next day on the Hills to JTL who then lost it the next day to Froome, who still holds it on Stage 16
His potential is average. He'll be a decent classics rider (75CB 72HL 75FL 75STA) but nothing special. Just the most awesome start to his Sky career
