I would say Armstrong as leader. Mostly because Leiphemer has a shot at winning a GT and if you start him to early then that has gone down the toilet. Armstrong is a great all rounder and has awesome recovery. I would go with him for San Luis. |

For San Luis you only need a hill of 74/75 and a TT of 71-72 to get a really good GC position
Save people like Leipheimer, Danileson and even Talansky for the mountainous races later in the season. Same with Horner.
I would send Armstrong and he could be the leader
Its a long season ahead
