I didn't see the ceremony of Pellizotti but was the black podium girl on his right side?
If yes then Pellizotti couldn't reach her since he held his child:https://www.cyclingnews.com/races/96th...otos/81487 |

Euronews specifically reported that he refused to go up on the podium while she was there. |

If that's the case I hope he gets banned from the Tour. |

Also in the news: Skil-Shimano and Fuji have dropped out of the Volta a Portugal (they had previously asked for invites) due to lack of money.
Financial trouble, eh.
That can't be right, certainly about Skil. I know that 100% sure. For Skil, it must be some kind of excuse to get out. They definately do not have financial trouble. They even speak about expanding their budget next season. The Tour has been a great succes for them in medio exposure terms (Van Hummel especially) |

How the hell should I know? All I know is what euronews reported. I wasn't there to see what happened.

It's a very weird situation, either way. Asking for an invite and then taking it back once you get it is very strange.
If it's money problems, that's bad for the team. If it's just an excuse, they're liars.
Either way, it doesn't reflect well on the team.
Same goes for Fuji. |

Sorry, misunderstood things a bit. I haven't seen the video, obviously you haven't either. |

Contador absolutely bashes on Armstrong. I am sure you have all seen it, but didn't see it on here.
https://tour-de-fr...-armstrong
Not very classy move by AC. Armstrong did enough to help the guy instead of trying for a 2nd place. Oh well, guess egos always get in the way. |

Seeing these comments from AC. If I were him I'd drop this drivel and start thanking his team. w/o them, he doesn't win.
If this is the best Lance has I may start liking AC more than him |

It is.
This is, as an American, the thing I don't understand the most about Lance. The American press and sports fans are normally really good at picking out and assholes and attention hogs and treating them as such (T.O., Chad Ochocino, Dennis Rodman, Sean Avery, etc., etc.). However, everyone treats Lance like a god, when he's just as much of a two-year old as any of the above mentioned idiots. People having been saying they think that Hincapie will rejoin Lance at Radio Shack, but I think its obvious that Hincapie is done dealing with Lance's self-centered bullshit. As for Levi, Horner, and guys like Janni Brajzovic (if I misspelled your name you can come on and tell me ) I think their careers are so linked to Bruyneel they're willing to put up with whoever else is on the team (Armstrong, Kloden, etc).

People don't know he's an asshole because he's all America-at-large know about cycling so he controls what people thinks. |

If espn would get a person who knows something about cycling the US could maybe learn something after hearing them butcher almost everyones name riding the tour other than lances and saying that cycling has taken a step up by getting rid of the funny looking pointed helmets(on the day of the TTT) I stoped watching ESPN during the tour |

Lance is digging a fuckin' huge hole to himself!! He could have ended is career on the high 3 years ago. With all this coming back bullshit is ruining is image.
First because he went to the wrong team. Yeah right Bruyneel was already at Astana but with Contador there did he really thought he could be the team leader?!
Second - with this word war exploding how can he possibly imagine himself winning? Next year we'll have LA, Horner and Levi vs AC, Paulinho and Noval. Guess what, Contador will win again. And even considering the remote possibility of that not hapening the yellow wont go to Armstrong...
For once imagine you're a common mortal like the rest of us and stop with all this primadona bullshit ...

Did you all see Lance's latest tweet?
hey pistolero, there is no "i" in "team". what did i say in March? Lots to learn. Restated.
Before the season started I had huge respect for the guy and admired his comeback. Now I can't stand him. What an absolute jackass Lance really is!
There is no "I" in "team? Well, why didn't Lance bother showing up at Astana's victory party and instead go meet the Radioshack guys? Selfish jerk. |

You haven't been watching the news, have you?
Lance is forming his own team with Bruyneel Horner, Leipheimer and the others for next season. |

I think that was what he meant.
AC, Paulinho and Noval at one team vs. LA, Horner and Levi on a different team. |

I remember Pellizotti completely ignoring the model on his right, i dont know if the story is true or not but from what i saw this all makes perfect sense.
If he can confirm it was all a terrible misunderstanding then the media may owe him an apology but from what ive seen i dont think it was a mistake at all.
Suspend the prick for life, then if one day he loses his attitude he can come back. |
