That is one of the best startlists I’ve seen in a long time in week long races, and I’m hoping that we can get some nice live coverage during the course of the race.
The stage finishing in Castelfidardo has van der Poel long range attack written all over it, btw. |

Like last year you say! And indeed, it seems to be something constant, every single stage-race we're just spoiled with a brilliant startlist.

We have a dangerous trecherous stage in Paris-Nice tomorrow with a roller coaster in the Massif Central, with a summit finish in Chiroubles after several brutal and inconsistent climbs that could turn the race on it's head.

And over on Italy we have the start of another big race, Tirreno Adriatico is starting with a stage that will surely see the sprinters take hold of the lead.

The GC race is settled, we know who will be fighting for the yellow jersey, but tomorrow it's time to switch up a bit and watch what is likely to be the last sprinter battle of the race in Bollène.

And in Tirreno Adriatico we have a long hilly stage with a somewhat gentle summit finish, it's a stage that will be targeted by many from sprinters all the way to climbers.

Buckle up because tomorrow in Italy we are in for what is sure to be an amazing day of racing that promises ECHELONS! In paper it's one for the sprinters, but I feel like there will be a whole lot more to the stage than just a sprint.

Here we go, first breakaway bingo of the year! In a day made for one, we've got tons of riders suited to it in a day set to be blasted by strong winds where everyone needs to be on their toes.

Nice previews once again. It's been a while since we saw some De Gendt magic, would be nice to see him perform well on a stage suited to him tomorrow in P-N.
Would also be nice to have some echelons in Tirreno, and I guess we couldn't be too surprised to even see the "big three" on the podium again, although the finish might be a bit too flat for that

A shortened queen stage tomorrow with another classic ascent of La Colmiane where the overall will be decided and everyone will be put to the limit!

Not only in France but also in Italy we have got a belter of a stage on our hands with the return of the Prati di Tivo climb which will be full of the world's best climbers and classics riders fighting for the overall!

Wild is the only way to describe what we may have tomorrow. A rampaging GC fight, some of the world's best climbers, classics men and puncheurs, a brutal hilly circuit and a whole lot of wind. Strap your seatbelts and get ready!

And in France we've got a modified final stage, one where the sprinters and the breakaway opportunists will likely have a tight battle for the final win of the week!

This weekend was incredibly interesting but the race is not over yet. After two epic stages tomorrow there is a day for the sprinters with plenty of traps along the way!

The finale of a great race we've had, in the Adriatic coast we'll have the traditional flat time-trial to wrap up the week.

The racing doesn't stop and this week we've got a couple more Belgian semi-classics designed for the sprinters but with appetizers for the classics specialists, tomorrow they ride the Nokereberg!

How do you beat Wout van Aert and Mathieu van der Poel? That's the main question I looked at as the first and biggest monument of the season rolls in tomorrow, with a lot of wind and a crazy startlist!

No rest! We have finally got cycling back in Spain and in what way, with a week full of mountainous and hilly stages, a time-trial and plenty of opportunities for breakaways!

We've got an opening hilly stage which will be to the liking of the breakaway specialists looking for a win and the lead of the race, however the few sprinter teams will be trying to balance things out.
