i'm sorry..but why Francis Mourey wearing French NC jersey? He's not even ITT champ..Is it because he's French Cyclo-Cross champ? sorry if i ask in wrong thread

I think there is two main reasons for that. The two can be correct or wrong for each people, i'm only guessing, because as you know it, i'm present here...
Reason #1 : Except PCM Daily, PCM France is the most popular forum of PCM, which is not surprising as PCM is a french game, and the sell in France of the game are always good because of the Tour de France. So the french people don't feel "alone" on PCM France when they present their work, as it might be the case on other forums, and don't need to send their stuff here on PCM Daily to see other graphists. For exemple, on the Partner Cup, a graphic competition between PCM France and PCM Focus, there was 14 french shirtmakers and only 5 dutch ones.
Reason #2 : In France, the learning of english is really bad in school. I have been in Netherlands for exemple, in Den Haag, and when i spoke english, i saw that everyone could answer me, in France it's not the case. I have been to the cinema, the film was in english only, in France, 3/4 of the films are in french version, even the strangers one. So my PCM Fance forum mates might not be very good when it comes to speak english, it misht affraid them to come here.
Reason #3 : I think it's not a good reason, but it might be a reason for some people. Our graph section is particularly well organized, with a topic for every team. And Dozen, Gaz and i update it each week, so people don't have to look on PCM Daily to check the latest shirts...
