Well considering many people in East ( well except countries like Belarus who is already Russian basically ) prefer Germans over Russians by large margin, that tells you quite a lot about Communism in general

I get that bit, but surely the communists have changed a bit in those 20 years or so. I don't agree with communism but it beats the rich get richer, poor get poorer system we have here. And yes, I'm quite left wing.
Can someone explain or point me to the explanation for:
"It sends cold shivers up and down my spine." also known as "I had the creeping horrors." or "It gave me a chill."
So basically I would like to know how it works physically.

You know when something is really creepy it makes the hair on your arms rise. Same thing but on your back.
Simple, your brain sends the signals to the tiny muscles at the base of each hair to stand up.
Or do you mean to ask WHY it happens when something creeps you out?
