You have to be in the Top 18 of the CQ ranking, I think.

Doesn't really matter where on the ranking you are, as long as you're one of the two best PCT teams.

You have to be first or second best PCT team in the CQ ranking. All current WT teams can be in front, they relegate based on the WT ranking.

I know it but... I have less riders than the other teams... And I think I will haven't so much points... And now I am the 1st Pro Continental Team on the CQ Ranking yes |

Update on my career. Finished the Volta ao Alentejo. Downing managed to score a 2nd, 4th and eighth in the sprinters to finish 4th overall 1 minute behind the winner...
Which was Ian Bibby . I had him do a relay on the last Mountain in the last stage and he cruised over the Serra de Grandola with no response. By the time the peloton realized he already had over a minute which he managed to kept until the end to win the stage and the GC. Eeckhout was 2nd after winning the first two stages while Sergio Sousa managed a third after winning the third stage. Simply Amazing.
Edit: Does someone know how to take screenshots. |

You take screenshots with CTRL+T. They end up in My docs/Pro Cycling Manager 2012/users/alex344(?)/screenshots.
You can upload them to the site using f.e. Photobucket.
Nice result of course!

Or you can use Fraps. But Jesleyh's method is easier (i am using Fraps, don't know why, probably because game does not cut for a second-two while taking SS's) |

I actually got suprised it work but still it is a very nice result.
April is now coming and with it the first race where I can actually attempt a sponser goal in the Paris-Camembert where Madison wants us to score a top 3. Andrew with an attack on the last hill or Downing with a mass sprint will attempt it but it will be tough. Other races include the Maldom Dengie Tour where I will be honest I hope to win with Downing followed by the Tour Doon Hame a two day Race where Downing will once again lead the team. These two being the first British races are of course important for the team. Then we return to the to race the Presbyterian Criterium (another race for Downing), the Tour of Battenkill, the Volkswagen Sea Otter Classic (4 day stage race). I then end the month with the Ronde van Noord-Holland and finally back to Britain for the Rutland-Melton Classic. Downing should get some more nice results as Bibby and Holohan's form is taking a small break. |

Yep, that's neo-pro Horvat winning Milan San Remo. The first ever result in his palmares! He literally has nothing else but 1st at Milan San Remo!! Countered Cancellara on the Poggio, then just carried on and won by 25 seconds. Even better, Fenn won the bunch sprint for a 1-2.
Remember this guy?
He just won Milan San Remo for the second year in a row!! This time by over two minutes. Beast. May have to post a little follow up in the talent thread. |

I just had heart-breaking crash of my main sprinter (s.hinault, iam cycling team) for 1day race (tour du finistere) just 1 km before finish

but final km was very tricky (small part with 5-6%) and my guys had 94+ fitness and they still managed to do double (hard difficulty)))

Time to report on my Colombia career. It's going quite disappointing so far. No wildcards for Giro, Vuelta or Tirreno. Wasn't even accepted into California. Decided to keep most racedays for the 2nd half of the season so didn't race in May and begin June. Colombian championship saw a break of three getting more than one hour(!) lead with Pantano in it. Too bad his form wasn't great so Acevedo took the win. Still we will have the Colombian champion with us next year as he signed a contract. As did Anacona, Sarmiento, Ardila Cano, Suaza and most important: Quintana! Now racing Osterreich were we took a podium place on the first three stages and Atapuma is sitting 2nd overal.

Just started year 2 of the game, Alba came top 10 at Tour Down Under, and Aidis Kroupis came 3rd at Tour of Qatar. Did well at Paris Nice and Tirenn respectively, with Gerrans picking up a stage and KOM jersey, whilst Kelderman finished 9th. Then the classics, which have thus far been outstanding. Win at MSR for Gerrans, whilst Langeveld came second at E3, and won Gent Wevelegem. Top 10 for Keukeleire at Flanders. Kelderman finished 10 8 at Catalunya. |

Usually run a season, overpower the team, then start over
I always have 2 careers. 1 for lol's and 1 for commitment.
