I guess one more wildcard team would be given spot. It's still big speculation.
I guess any French teams would love to have opporutnity for start in Tour, even with not best prep.
All the French Pro Continental teams are there already.

Tumor markers are substances that are produced by cancer cells or by other cells of the body in response to cancer or certain benign (noncancerous) conditions. Most tumor markers are made by normal cells as well as by cancer cells; however, they are produced at much higher levels in cancerous conditions. These substances can be found in the blood, urine, stool, tumor tissue, or other tissues or bodily fluids of some patients with cancer. Most tumor markers are proteins. However, more recently, patterns of gene expression and changes to DNA have also begun to be used as tumor markers. Markers of the latter type are assessed in tumor tissue specifically.
Thus far, more than 20 different tumor markers have been characterized and are in clinical use. Some are associated with only one type of cancer, whereas others are associated with two or more cancer types. There is no “universal†tumor marker that can detect any type of cancer.
There are some limitations to the use of tumor markers. Sometimes, noncancerous conditions can cause the levels of certain tumor markers to increase. In addition, not everyone with a particular type of cancer will have a higher level of a tumor marker associated with that cancer. Moreover, tumor markers have not been identified for every type of cancer. |

No idea how 'trustable' it is, and it's Finnish, but I found this on google:

Thanks for the link luigi! Even though i don't understand Finnish i understand the numbers.
Likewise thanks very much, interesting read. You get the gist but Google Translate does a pretty good job on the finnish too.
Yeah. Based on the numbers it seems Hesjedal on average of all the climbs in the Giro had 405-410 watts.
So... Hesjedal doped. A clean cyclist never goes above 390, like you said. I'm really pissed at him.
Weirdly enough, it seems many of the Top Giro GC riders are high up in these lists... It could be that the info is not 100% accurate, they all did very well, or all doped... Ryder usually releases all of his info from his GPS himself, like heartrate and everything, so I dont want to believe it.
I dont know, but I've always thought Ryder to be one of the bigger gear cyclists, and some of the names he's up with, not "all" of them were caught for doping.
And baseball, he also rode for Rabo CT in 2003 Whats with your love for him all of a sudden, btw?
Edit:

I wonder if they'll really take Armstrong's wins away, what would happen then? No official winner or always 2nd placed? |

There's a good graphic on the cyclingtips site that hints at how messy that could become. IF it came to that they'd be better off leaving well alone. |

This is the last thing i worry about. Even if they will strip it off from Lance, the others will be no winners for me whoever it is. Also i think they would not be extremely happy either, you either win on the road or nothing.
Scraponi and Schleck are also not GT winners for me. Armstrong clearly doped, that is very bad and he is a douchebag, but i am really not bothered by fact if some clown from behind the desk will make the thruth official or not.

I think there should be even more TdF's without a winner. Think we can skip the entire 70's and big part of the 60's, 80's, 90's.....
I think 2011 can stay in the books...

I've always like him. At the Giro he was the only guy I liked so I went with him, and his rider qualities have made him one of my favorites.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

PEDs can have entirely different effects on different riders. And it is still unfair for the riders that did not dope. |

just when you thought Radioshack's season couldn't get any worse...it gets worse.

As I said in the Transfer Thread, Schlecks are said to be negotiating with other teams - but that's not RadioShack's only concern at the moment.
There's Bruyneel's involvement in USADA's doping case, the possibility of being denied access to the Tour de France, A. Schleck's injury - and the new stuff: Apparently, salaries for May were paid late, and Becca is said to be under investigation for tax issues.

I'd do the same if I were siamese-twin Schleck.
I wonder what team they'll go to, though.
Maybe they could go to Saxo Bank and assist Contador in the Tour next year |

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only logical step would be OPQS. They don't really have someone for the ardennes and the tour (Leipheimer will be too old next year), and they're Belgian. Apart from that I only see Katusha and Astana having the budget to contract them.

I cannot believe it. How a team who claims to be a hyper team cannot paid his riders ?! This fusion is the biggest fail i ever seen. They have quit SaxoBank where they were winning a lot to Leopard where they had a average season. Bjarne Riis should be laughing at loud if his team wasn't so bad. |

It really isn't RadioShack's season...
OPQS would be good for the Schlecks, I think.
I just hope Lefevre is up for them. |
